Great burgers and thick milkshakes. Don't pass this by on your way around the Stevenson Dam.

Lake Zoar Drive-In!

It's a great local place to grab fresh made items and always a great choice for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner! Plenty of parking. Support Small Business.

Decent burger if yer in town! Friendly crew. The place is small.

Jr. Zoar Burger w/o cheese

We've been here THREE times in the last two weeks! It's not much to look at on the outside & if you were to drive by...your first thought may not be to stop. They could do with a bit of clean up or some fresh siding, although I'm sure some would argue it's part of the charm. For me, their burgers are pretty close to perfect. And that's saying A LOT for someone who is very picky about burger. All 3 visits I had the Jr. Zoar burger sans cheese. I asked for it to be well done- and they nailed it. The patty on the Jr. is fairly thin, again, that's how I like them! It's also great to have a burger place properly crisp the bacon! My only complaint is that the buns always seem to be a bit soggy, so the more "freshly made" you eat them- the better. My husband did a double Zoar burger & also tried the foot long hot dog. He really enjoyed both. We tried crinkle cut, steak & curly fries- all really good, although steak was our favorite. Both the onion rings & shoe-string onions were delicious as well, good flavor Prices are reasonable- each visit we paid less than $25. This is our new burger spot!

Fresh burgers, fresh sides... everything is made to your liking. The staff here is awesome, he owner is right on site and is very talkative with newcomers to the area (which he knew I was one). Locals and tourists alike dined in during my visit! I even got tips on how to properly hunt for metal while my food cooked :)

7$ chili dog. What an overpriced disappointment

I've stopped to eat at the lake zoar drive in about four times in the past two months and have been disappointed almost every time but this one was the worst. I used to go out of my way to eat here when I was younger and the food was amazing. I'm not sure what happened but it's not nearly as good it used to be.

Food sitting waiting for rest of order.

Always the go-to fast food when in the area. Good choices on the menu and the Zoar burger is a local legend.

A great lakeside hot dog (and hamburger) stand! Just wish they had tables with a view of the lake instead of the parking lot.

Great service and the best egg sandwiches and chicken cutlet sandwiches around. Highly recommended.read more

I'm going to be fair here and preface this with the fact that I haven't been back to this place in…read morequite some time. Nothing much has changed... it is still cash or check, which back in 2017 didn't really phase me... but I'm pretty surprised this hasn't changed. I knew the menu prices could never have been what they were nearly 7 years ago but I was surprised even when taking this into account. A chicken parm sandwich plus a peace tea (which really should be somewhere between $0.99 and $1.99) ended up at $18.35. I was totally floored. The $6 sandwich (+ toppings) has nearly tripled in price. $2 per extra topping? I really can't fathom $2 for a little bit of some topping (onions, peppers, whatever). I know things are different but it isn't like I've been under a rock for 7 years. A chicken parm grinder depending on where you go is about $8-$12. I can name 5 delis off the top of my head that can back this up. Let's get to the sandwich itself. It was bad. Way too much breading and soggy. So so soggy. This sandwich had been wrapped up for less than 10 minutes and I nearly pulled out a fork and knife to eat it. I'm so sad. I gave this place 5 stars before. I won't be returning I'm sorry to say. PS: He wasn't the nicest either. I know you don't work for free. But I do have a right to ask about the price.

Very good sliders, whether it's take-out or eat-in. I had ordered take-out from here at work once,…read moreand I stopped to eat-in with my husband yesterday while we were runnings errands. 3 sliders and sharing the munch mix of fries and onion rings with my husband was the perfect amount of food for us. The buns are fresh, the fries are perfectly salted, and the onion rings are crisp and delicious - side note, I am VERY picky about my onion rings, so if I say they're good...they are. The place is very clean and modern and the staff is very kind. They even made me the Yeehaw special, even though it wasn't on the menu anymore.

I had to reiterate my order 4 times and the cashier kept canceling, editing my order and having to put it back in again. I had to make sure on the console that they got it right before I paid for something I didn't want or didn't get. And $5 for an average burger smaller than my palm is highway robbery. Now, the food; The fries, I'd rather they give me a small bag of lays potato chips. The burgers, wouldn't be surprised if the patties were frozen. I felt like I was in an episode of Dave Portnoy's "One Bite." I had to get the taste out of my mouth after. Bad experience overall. Do yourself a favor. Go to the five guys on the other side. Sincerely, a disgruntled/former customer
