It's a deep, dark red dusting of spices that delivers an intense, lingering heat that will test even the most seasoned chili-heads. Whether you want a quick snack or a full feast, they've mastered every vessel for their crispy, juicy chicken: * The Sandwich: A massive, hefty breast on a potato bun that is widely considered one of the best in New England. * The Wraps & Tenders: Perfectly fried and consistently juicy. * The Sliders: The perfect "middle ground" if you want to mix and match different spice levels in one sitting. The "Must-Have" Sides A hot chicken joint is only as good as its sides, and Haven's are legendary: * Homemade Mac & Cheese: This isn't an afterthought. It's rich, creamy, and features a perfect cheese-to-pasta ratio that acts as the ultimate cooling agent for your palate. * Banana Pudding: This is the "secret weapon" of the menu. It's authentic, layered with fresh bananas and Nilla wafers, and topped with light whipped cream. Many regulars consider it a "side" rather than a dessert because it's the only thing that can truly put out the fire of the higher spice levels! Haven Hot Chicken is a masterclass in balance. Between the crunch of the breading, the customizable heat, and the soul-warming sides, it's a 10/10 experience for any fried chicken lover.

Just ordered a chicken sandwich and the peice of chicken was too small for even the bun. Then one whole side of the chicken didnt have meat it was just breading. Ordered chicken wraps. Which normally include tenders. Each wrap had a cut peice of chicken all diffrent sizes and less then a quarter of breading left. Got delivery and the American cheese on the wrap was still cold like it came out of the fridge. Not one sign of any melt pattern. Then not 1 slice od cheese, not a half. Here we are again with a quarter amount. If it was a blind tasting I would have never guessed this was hot haven. Sad to see the sloppiness and lack a quality.

But the service for the DoorDash was super quick and efficient though. Also I remember applying for this Five Guys and it looks like the manager is about done with his job and the workers seem to be getting along well so the ambiance of the store is good.

I am absolutely blown away from these low ratings in the reviews, these experiences were not at all…read moreI saw on the other reviews, Im always a die-hard Subway guy but I decided to try something different for a change and get some Jersey Mike's. Upon entering the place I see it was clean and the workers were super friendly and I told them that it was my first time ordering and they gave me a complimentary chocolate chip cookie for being the first ever to be at this Jersey Mike location, I find it really nice that they engage with new customers and make them feel like family. When I went the ambiance of the place was a great and the workers were serving customers, didn't hear any screaming or discomfort coming from anybody not even the customers, only smiles on their faces. Would I potentially go back to this location? Perhaps if I'm down for something different other than Subway because the Beacon Falls one always got my heart. But if you guys are in the Quarry Walk area give this place a try it's worth it especially if you are new customer and you state you are they will welcome you with a great warmth. -AJ

Upon walking in to order sandwiches, we overheard the owner yelling. "WELL, WE GOT RIPPED OFF…read moreAGAIN!" he was right at the front counter and began scolding the two employees as someone had come in and picked up the wrong order. He was angry to the point that you could feel it coming off of him. My daughter and I were both afraid to ask for anything special because he might've Flown off the handle at any moment. He continue to grill the employees on whose fault it was as he made our sandwich. It was then discovered that he was the one who had handed the bag to the wrong customer. Things got pretty quiet after that. It was uncomfortable and embarrassing, and we couldn't wait to get out of there as soon as possible. The food is good, but we've had a few order issues when we've done an online order and picked up food. My daughter has celiac and they gave her the wrong bread on her sandwich when we specifically asked for gluten-free and were charged an additional three dollars for the gluten-free bread. I will say upon our complaining to the store owner about the error on the online order, we did get a refund on that mixup and she did receive a coupon for a free sandwich as well. I do like the sandwiches but feel it's better to go in and order directly to avoid any errors. However, a little afraid of the angry man behind the counter. Not gonna lie.

I was actually surprised by how empty/unbusy it was. This is one of their smaller locations, but that didn't bother me since I was grabbing my food to go. Unfortunately, our experience with Haven Hot Chicken's food truck was extremely disappointing…read more I posted a solicitation on the CT Food Trucks website looking for food trucks for our Jack and Jill event on September 5. In the post, I clearly explained that we were expecting approximately 80-100 guests and that guests would be responsible for purchasing their own food. Amanda from Haven Hot Chicken's food truck reached out to me directly. She provided information about their food truck, confirmed that they were available on September 5, and specifically told me that we would not need to pay a deposit to reserve them. Based on that brief email conversation and a phone call, we considered the food truck booked for our event and planned accordingly. Unfortunately, Haven Hot Chicken never showed up to our event. We had no advance notice that they weren't coming, and we were left scrambling to deal with the situation while hosting our event. When I contacted the company during our event, I was told that Amanda no longer worked for the company, that she had apparently never entered our event into their booking system, and that there was no record of our conversation or the booking. While I understand that employees leave and that mistakes can happen, this was a significant failure in communication and event coordination. We had made plans based on the commitment we received from Haven Hot Chicken, and their failure to properly document the booking left us without the food service we had arranged for our guests. I would strongly recommend getting written confirmation directly from management and verifying that your event is actually on their schedule before relying on Haven Hot Chicken's food truck for an important event. We were extremely frustrated and disappointed by how this was handled, particularly because there was no communication from the company that they would not be attending.
