Absolutely love ordering mobile from this place, I always get get the bacon cheeseburger and its really good along with a chocolate milkshake, but to me I feel like the fries that I got little or regular, the portion size is still the same and i couldn't even finish the little fries because there are some that don't come in the bag. The food presentation in the big however seems a bit rushed, my fries were on top of my burger, I feel like if the presentation was nicer I would give a 5 but for the two times I've had it so far it hasn't been good presentation whatsoever. But the service for the DoorDash was super quick and efficient though. Also I remember applying for this Five Guys and it looks like the manager is about done with his job and the workers seem to be getting along well so the ambiance of the store is good. read more

I was absolutely starving, and Five Guys appeared in a larger plaza like a beacon in the trees. I have absolutely no regrets about stopping. It was later in the afternoon so not overflowing with customers, but the employees were welcoming and the food was made promptly. It was the standard Five Guys delicious burger, and the milkshake was very thick and chocolately. They have indoor and outdoor seating, and the restaurant itself is very clean. There's also plenty of parking, I believe they're next to a bank so no overflow on the weekends. read more

While the prices are a bit much, Five Guys burgers are some of my favorite. They are cooked to order, so juicy and their buns are slightly grilled and buttered to add to the flavor. I am a big fan of getting every topping on my burger and all of the ingredients taste fresh. Their fries are seasoned well and they give a very generous amount. They load up the fry cup and then scoop extras into your to go bag as well. The location is clean and you could watch the chefs cook up your order right in front of you. They have peanuts out to enjoy while you wait and cook with peanut oil - so beware if you have a peanut allergy. read more

Worst service and worst food I have ever had. What takes 30 minutes for a cold hamburger at least cold by the time we got it . They said they were waiting for fries. No way. No one in the place so it's not like they were busy. Then they made fun of us when I asked what's taking so long. Not worth $30 for 2 cheeseburgers and one fries. I brought my father-in-law here for his birthday since he was raving about his experience at a Jake's Wayback--I figured this would be a nice comparison for him to evaluate. I always prefer seeking out unique and local eateries over fast food chains, but sometimes it's fun to deviate. We were greeted with super friendly service and smiles by the staff, which always goes a long way. Ordered a burger 'all the way' (is there any other way?) I feel that Five Guys gets it right. The burgers are juicy, thin, with a nice firm sear on the outside that provides for a great flavor and texture going down the old gullet. I am definitely a fan of thin patties on the griddle compared to flame-broiled burgers. And the fries...oh those fries...Cooked up five guys style. Hand-cut on the prems with a greasy, salty goodness, complete with a hint of starchy sweetness and the right amount of sog to complement their crispy brown veneer. My father-in-law was impressed. I did not dare ask which he preferred. All I can say is that I saw his raised eye brows of being pleasantly surprised and several 'hey that's pretty good' comments, including the chocolate shake. My wife was craving these guys so we went by during corona. I tend to prefer more traditional sit down places for a burger, but they are definitely do a greasy diner style burger well. Love all the extra fries dumped in the bag. Cool that right now they will take your order at the car window and bring it out to you. I can't recall the last time we have been to Five Guys, but when a burger craving calls- we got in the car. FG is the burger place of choice if we don't want to go to a restaurant but would rather some sort of fast food. I completely forgot this one existed until we were on 84 and about 1/4 of a mile from the exit. I excitedly screamed to my husband to make a decision and get off the exit or be stuck in a car for another half hour. The restaurant itself is well lit which is a great comparison from some of the other FGs we have been to. The staff was prompt, but they did make some "jokes" if a customer did not come up to the counter within an unreasonable amount of time from their number being called. There was a large group sitting behind us and I would have been perturbed if the staff was calling out "going once, going twice" if I wasn't coming within 5 seconds of my number being called. I have a one year old and my priority is making sure she is settled before I grab food that shouldn't go anywhere. Now let's talk about the food, there are so many amazing free toppings. I wish that they offered pickled jalapeños instead of fresh jalapeños. If you've read any of my previous reviews, pickled jalapeños trump fresh in my opinion. Two little bacon cheeseburgers, two regular drinks, and two regular fries came to $30. They say that all burgers are made well done and well done only, but my burger definitely had some pink to it. read more

Great staff during the day. But at night they are very slow (keep in mind that it wasn't packed in there). My boyfriend ordered way in advance and when we got there, they didn't even have our food ready/made. The customers in front of us - when we got there, had ordered and got their food first even though we ordered way in advance. The man ahead of us didn't receive his fries in his order either. I would recommend during the day, but not at night. They also forgot to put an extra patty on a burger, hot sauce and bbq sauce. (Extra patty is $2). Five Guys always delivers great burgers and fries, and usually a nice casual atmosphere. Unfortunately, the manager on shift tonight has decided to yell about everything and to all his employees. I understand having to talk loudly over grills, blenders, and music, but he is ridiculously loud. When we walked in, he started yelling for "Lexie"... Does she see the line? I've been eating here for lunch or dinner about once a week since this location opened. I rate the service very good, and the staff's attitude excellent. No sullen or grouchy servers here. But what brings me back are the burgers. They are never cooked until you order. The selection of toppings is great and all the ones I have tried been fine, but the fried onions and mushrooms are especially good. Their fries are pretty good; I order a small about half the time and they always add an extra scoop. I have not ordered using their online app but when playing with it I learned that extra cheese on a cheeseburger is no extra charge. Keep in mind that 5 Guys competes on quality, so their prices are high. In my opinion I get my money's worth here. read more
