Worst experience I have ever had with a healthcare professional. I came in right after New Years because I lost my clear aligners and needed a new retainer. She gave me two options, one was to get an appliance made and the other was to work with the clear correct company to reopen my case or start a new one. I worked for three months to be able to start a new case with clear correct, all the time my teeth are getting more crooked and worn off unevenly. Finally I get things sorted with them and she tells me she doesn't want to work with me and clear correct. She referred me to her friend, and I can only presume it was to get more money out of me. This isn't to mention my other problems getting dental care. When I came for that initial appointment she told me I needed a cleaning and.my teeth look like I'm 40. I told her when I walked in I'm a PhD student and very busy. Instead of doing the work I needed, she wasted all my time lying to me about how to approach my orthodontic problems. Stay away. Completely unprofessional and doesn't care about tire patient. read more

Dr. Sandy and Debbe are the best! I just moved from CA and was looking for a dentist I'd be comfortable with and they did a great job doing that. Dr. Sandy provides so much useful explanation and is always willing to answer any questions. Debbe on the other hand is super friendly and helpful and makes you feel at ease on every visit. I was a patient of Dr Steve and when he transferred his practice to her I stayed. Out or respect to Dr Steve and well, I need a dentist. And it was a great decision. Dr Sandy is a modern skilled dentist who has taken care of me and my mature teeth painlessly, effectively. And on one occasion where a front tooth just cracked, she was able to see me within a day and make a magic repair Dr Sandy is a thoughtful professional using the most modern techniques as do her staff and assistants. Been seeing Doctor Albright for over 5 years now and the service that he and his wife and office Manager Paula and his dental assistant Elmira have provided has been nothing short of excellent. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but for some reason I always have a pleasant experience. Must be the fact that the 3 of them are so down to earth and I can carry on a conversation with Dr. Albright and Elmira during the standard cleaning procedure. Dr. Sandy is friendly and smart. She provides easy to understand guidance regarding regular dental care, and my gums are already improving based on following her recommendations. Dr. Sandy and her assistant Debbie are amazing! Lake Union Dentistry is a small 2-person operation, but they make up for it with great service. Dr. Sandy is extremely smart and thorough. She takes extra time to explain all the details, so patients come out with a better understanding of their dental health. I will definitely be back! read more

After visiting dentists who push push push expensive, unnecessary procedures, I asked a dentist friend who lives in a nearby city who he would recommend - he said Dr. Albright. He said he has a reputation for being an excellent dentist who is ethical and down to earth. So true! My family switched over to his dental office a few years ago and are so happy! We are getting top quality dental services and we trust him completely. He is great with kids and adults and he has a terrific staff. Dr. Sandy and Debbie are a great team. My old dentist only saw me only after the cleaning was done for a few minutes to review, and could never easily change my appointment. Not this place, Dr. Sandy does all the cleaning and any work that may need to be done; she is on the conservative side and will not pressure you. She is gental and thorough, and has an up to date electronic charting system. I have been a patient since she started this practice, and when I told her I got engaged she offered free whitening or to fix a slightly chipped bridge for the photos. They are both so nice to work with, I can change my appointment easily. Price is reasonable for such a great small/personalized operation. read more

I recently went to see Dr Sandy after almost 2 years of being horrified of dentists. I have filled out many dental history forms that no one ever seems to look at but both Dr. Sandy and Jayne who is the dental assistant made sure to look it over and address every single concern. I have to say I felt like my mouth was a mess going onto my appointment but Dr. Sandy was honest with me but made sure I completely understood what needed to be done. She made sure to talk to me about my plan and not pressure me to make any decisions right away. I do need some work, but she gave me more then one option. You can tell that she really cares about her patients and that is something I have NEVER seen in a dental office! If you have any reluctance going to the dentist, trust that going to Dr, Sandy will be the best experience you could have and make you really want to keep your dental health on point. read more

I really appreciated how he had a plan and was mindful about costs since I didn't have dental insurance, and over the years with collaboration we took care of everything. Writing my first review ever to give a shout out to Dr. Albright and his staff, who make going to the dentist like visiting family--family that you actually like! Dr. Albright has a gentle, reassuring manner that has virtually eliminated my lifelong fear of the dentist. His attention to detail is excellent; he takes the time to do the job right, whether it's a simple exam or a complex procedure like preparing and fitting a crown. As an added bonus, the Lake Union team has donated their time and expertise at free dental clinics in developing nations around the world, and it feels good to know that some of my fees are helping support this great cause. I haven't been to the dentist in years and found Dr. Albright. The staff was so friendly and really took the time to get to know me, I felt like they really cared about me. Unlike previous dentists, Dr. Albright did the cleaning himself and worked directly with me from the beginning as opposed to doing just a final check. Great service all around!
