When you need a septic "angel," Orlando to the rescue! In addition to professional and prompt…read moreservice, the owner is truly one of the kindest humans I've had the pleasure to interact with. I recently had a scheduled quarterly inspection from another company on a Friday. I won't go into details except to say the aerobic system was not functioning correctly and there was a risk of waste coming back into my house. That is a scary situation. :-O The company told me they couldn't do anything until the following Monday, and because of several personal issues checking into a hotel for the weekend was not an option. After calling over a dozen companies well zero success and no options for any type of resolution, Orlando called me back right at COB. I explained the situation and my concerns to him (e.g., definitely the need to at least flush a toilet over the weekend). Orlando was very attentive to my needs and went absolutely above and beyond what any small business owner would normally be willing to do. He voluntarily came to my property and did a small "fix" to at least get me through the weekend until the system could be repaired. And he did it out of the kindness of his heart (no charge). Turns out we're actually almost neighbors. Sooooooo, on a Friday after business hours, after working a long full week, Orlando literally saved me both from possible hazardous waste flooding my house and the unnecessary additional anxiety that frankly I can't currently handle. Thank you thank you thank you!!! May all good things be gifted in life to you and yours. You deserve the best. I highly recommend for all of your septic service and repair needs. 10 stars if I could. :D Support local. Support small. #ATX

They came out first thing, were incredibly professional, timely, and easy to work with during a stressful situation. What stood out most was that they actually took the time to explain what was happening with our system in a way that made sense. After struggling to get clear answers elsewhere, they helped me understand the root causes of the issue and what needed to be done to get things back under control. Their pricing was fair, they were honest and professional, and I genuinely appreciated how responsive they were when we needed help quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again and would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing septic service.

Turns out my pump grinder burned out earlier than it should have--only six years old--due to storm runoff. (The lift station was installed six years ago in a location that is not ideal.) Ricky Jr. was very understanding when I called, stressed, Friday afternoon, after being told by a plumber that they couldn't help me until the basin was pumped out by a septic truck, so they'd come back Monday and I should stay in a hotel for the weekend. Instead, Ricky sent Anthony out, who both pumped it out and worked with Ricky Jr. to diagnose the problem. I was told I could use a modest amount of water until they could fix it, on either Saturday or Monday. Turns out they were able to fix it on Saturday and now I'm up and running! I wouldn't say they were cheap, but they're transparent, and likely less expensive than the plumber would have been. Plus they were friendly and efficient, and no weekend hotel stay, yay! Thanks Ricky Jr. and team!

I knew some neighbors employed Eco Safe, so I decided to give them a call. This was back in February of this year [2022] just when the freeze was moving into central Texas, and into a weekend. Having gone through the wrath of winter storm Uri in 2021, we were holding on by out bootstraps. Eeks. Seems my "regular" company had decided to bunker down too, as their VM stated they would be closed for the next four days. Oh no! Eco Safe to the rescue! I called, and despite the dangerous icy roads and frigid temps, I received a quick callback and someone was at my home late the same afternoon. They repaired the problem. WHAT A RELIEF! Already fearful of losing power for days like 2021, the LAST thing I wanted to worry about was the potential of waste backing up into my house. YUCK! Tldr?: Eco Safe offers great customer service and very reasonable pricing. HIGLY RECOMMEND!
