The woman that answered the phone was super nice and helpful. They were booked solid and said they would try to move things around and get me in before closing today. Not only did they do that, but they also had someone at my house and the issue resolved within two hours. The tech was also such a nice guy with so much knowledge. I was going the speed limit and 5 above and the JMA driver was so close to me and accelerating recklessly and swerved suddenly to the left a couple times (I think to see if they could pass me on RR12, which is a one lane street and would be so dangerous) and I was honestly afraid the entire time I was in front of this driver. I had two toddlers in the car and am 9 months pregnant and was just having such a bad feeling that I have not experienced on the road in a very, very long time, maybe ever. The company should know one of their employees is driving dangerously in a JMA vehicle.

He even offered to show me the part that went bad when I asked about the life expectancy of these pumps, since we have paid for repair and replacement about every 3-4 years. You just have to know that these systems need regular maintenance and being that they run 24/7, parts go bad. In this case, a rubber flap called a diaphragm.

But when they last came out to fix a sprinkler head that was popped up they didn't run a full diagnostic on my entire system and wanted to charge me another labor fee of $175 / hour. I got a "discount" at $125 / hour because the technician was there for 14 minutes (by my ring doorbell calculations) but the "owner" went back and forth with me on the minutes of which he said the service took place. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND this company to anyone and I am telling all the people who referred me to switch companies. Bad business.

The rude Daughter just walked off during the conversation. I even asked her to just calm down and have a conversation about it. $4800 is a lot of money for the same problem to persist after the service is done. I was referred any a builder friend who said they should warranty their work. They were full of nothing but excuses. I left them know I'd have to seek legal recourse. She just said "go ahead".
