Love this store! I've grown up in this area and since we're pretty far away from any convenience store/city this place has helped us out on so many occasions when we're missing ingredients. Walked out of the store and left my wallet on the counter. Next morning was going to run errands, then the panic hit, where is my wallet, did the usual search and came up empty, only stopped one place, called them up, sure enough they had my wallet, over a grand in cash and it was all there, these folks are honest and awesome, and yes I left a tip. read more

Rude staff and rundown environment. I'm visiting from Canada and the gentleman behind the counter got frustrated as I had swiped my Canadian card the wrong way and he had to reset the payment processor. I can understand that resetting the payment processor is frustrating but it's part of your job and if you lack the basic professionalism to handle that in a reasonable and polite way I don't know what to tell you. He also felt it necessary to assault my wife's eyes with his belly button to scratch his gut as we are checking out. Will not be coming back. Learn some manners and you go will go far! read more

I have been going to this store almost every day for 40 years. It always feels like home when I come in the door. The clerks are friendly and helpful. It is rare that I cannot find something last minute that I need--like for baking. The ambiance is downhome . The store was built a long time ago, but the owners use every bit of space and I know my way around. While gas is more expensive because it is a smaller store, I often stop for gas because the pumps are easy to get into, especially in a rush. I buy food and do not eat much at the store, but the chicken is good snack and I appreciate the hardboiled eggs. I would be lost without this place! read more

So you are driving down toward Warm Beach, or maybe one of the great places nearby, and thinking.. it's kinda far from anything, like modern conveniences or gas. Well, this place has it all, they have a ton of stuff, and really, you would really expect this to be the little country store, that is filled to the brim. Owners are rude and creep on you in the store. They also OVER CHARGE for everything. $5.5 for 1 allergy tablet. They're hot food is always bad, the fryer is bad. Go anywhere else if you have the time. read more

Surprisingly well stocked! They had a nice little grocery setup, a decent selection of movies for rent (super surprised with this!), lots of camping and RV supplies and parts, and if memory serves me right a decent selection of wine and beer. read more

Been going here for at least the past 20 years, always lived nearby and it's the best little station around. Staff is always super friendly, great to stock up on snacks and their hot food is pretty darn good too (excellent tenders :) ) This is always our go-to shop for last minute burger and hot dog buns, condiments, beers, and their movie machine always has recent releases for good prices! All the employees have been friendly, never had a bad experience! Very courteous, funny, and very willing to help. Gas prices are good too, the community board out front also has local notices and for sale items as well. Like I said, this is a classic little convenience store. There's everything you could want, and more. Highly recommend! read more

This is my go to store. Just down the road. Great hours. They always seem to have what I need. Very good at responding to what their customers use. The people who work there have been there for a while and are always courteous and friendly. This is one of few vanishing neighborhood markets left. Glad it is in my neighborhood! read more

I would give it a 5 star however after near 20 years of family fun in the camping spaces we would always seek, we were told only those with campers can use those spaces and no tents. If someone is willing to pay the price, why not be able to use any space. The usual spaces we uses were perfect for our family, we became used to these spaces. So much so that people we haven't seen for years as well as some who occasionally camp there would come to those sites to see us knowing we would be there. I understand new owners like to change things to their liking but I dont feel it should be at the expense of generations of a families 4th. of July celebration. I hope they are as successful, but unfortunately, we won't be part of the new generation of owners. It's really a shame. read more

Horrible! We Were locked out the first night. We had to get a hotel. When we went back the next day to see if they would refund 1 night the lady running it (not the owner) was rude. When we told her that the key didn't work she responded, " How is that my problem"? I asked to switch the gate key and she argued with me on that. Then she told us that her gate key doesn't work half the time. She stated that we would have to talk to the owners about the refund. The owners were never there! read more

I've been coming to this store since I was born because my grandparents live up on happy valley road. I always loved going to the "little store" with my Grandpa when I was little and I still do now that I'm an adult. Great place, great people. read more
