I found this office on Yelp and took a chance. When I called they were so friendly and happy to see me. They saw me within moments of arriving and prepared my tooth for a temporary crown. Allison (hygienist) is gentle, thorough and pleasant. Dr. Angulo is personable, highly-experienced, and has shown a thoughtful approach in evaluating a cosmetic issue around a tooth implant I've had for over 25 years. After that I got to relax and watch my show on Netflix because they had TVs mounted on the ceiling while you get your cleaning done. Now the cleaning was such a peaceful moment. I went out of my way to call my insurance company and Sage Dental corporate to let them know the situation. I, in fact, do have insurance that is accepted by Sage dental. Ms Katelyn is just rude and unappealing. Literally the absolute worst. The front desk lady Katelyn is condescending and will gaslight you. She refused to let me in for my appointment even after I showed her my insurance. She tried to keep saying I didn't have one. I think she really could be challenged in some aspect and probably not fit for a front desk job, so good for her for trying. However, how can you be presented with the insurance and say "We are trying to verify and check the insurance you think you have" that ?? I think I have????? I told her that sage dental was listed as one of the providers under the insurance and she did not care. What a waste of time and energy, so I go home and wait because she said she'll call me once she verifies and we can reschedule. I call her back atleast 3 times throughout the day checking in and she kept telling me I didn't have insurance.!?!?!? I called my insurance to check and in took me 2 seconds to verify I had it. So I call this girl back to let her know that and she says sorry that was a mistake !?!?! There were a lot more condescending comments that she gave that I will leave out. But stay far far away from this place
