He checked around my teeth, and he went over my X-Rays with me. After my teeth cleaning, and my exam, I was taken back to the front desk to schedule my next visit. The front desk team member (sadly I didn't get her name) also went over my next steps with me and what was covered by my Medicaid insurance plan. Everyone in the office was very kind! My hygenist, Baja, is wonderful and takes such good care of my teeth. The office is clean, attentive, and actually wants to take care of your teeth instead of just having you shell out for random procedures. They do a great job of answering phones during office hours and they even provide a list of amenities while you're getting your teeth cleaned or worked on so you can be as comfortable as possible. Baja and Dr. Goodwin are so, so knowledgeable and thorough. I cannot recommend this office enough. I had paperwork to fill out. I the office provided complimentary drinks in the lobby. After my paperwork work was completed I was able to go to the back to get a full scan of my mouth. It was in 3D with color. I was a bit skeptical because of my experience at sage dental but they said not to worry. After going over some of my goals for my smile I felt so relaxed. The dentist understood everything and answered all of my questions. After that I got to relax and watch my show on Netflix because they had TVs mounted on the ceiling while you get your cleaning done. Now the cleaning was such a peaceful moment. She cleaned my teeth with so much care. There were three flavors of toothpaste for the cleaning. I got to try the cinnamon and one other.
