Lake Baldwin Dental personnel are terrific! As well as the usual dental services ( which are exceptional there) they have specialists who are highly trained - one person in particular, Allison Haire, who is the Treatment Coordinator, helped with a very complicated issue that I had and I am very grateful for her professional care. Dr. Will Dunn is wonderful! While I never want to NEED to see a dentist or his staff, I know that I receive excellent care. Lake Baldwin dental is extremely overpriced. I got a second opinion elsewhere and ended up paying less than half. When I had my teeth looked at Lake Baldwin dental they wanted to charge me $1,500 dollars for a deep cleaning. I went to another dentist and I was able to get a deep cleaning and a mouth guard for $500. They also told my husband that his insurance covered the office visit and cleaning but we still had to pay $700 because they ended up not being apart of the insurances network. The office did not inform us of this until the dental work was completed. I am very disappointed in the service they provided us and we will not be returning to them any time soon. read more

I spoke to Cathy, who was possibly the nicest person I have ever met. She got me in right away and emailed me a confirmation/reminder of the appointment. The office is absolutely beautiful and the staff is so friendly. I was given a tour of the impressive office and they also take a photo of you for your file. They have state of the art equipment, everything is spotless and you can even watch TV while you relax in all the chairs! I've been to this location three times, twice for a cleaning and once for two fillings. All have been very good experiences. The staff is extremely nice, Dr Anderson is very professional and capable and they made me as comfortable as I could be without giving me a propofol drip. Beside receiving great dental care, we love the caring, professional staff who go out of their way to make us feel comfortable and at ease while being treated. Lake Baldwin Dental has state of the art equipment, and a clean, comfortable environment. Our children ages 14, 12 and 7 do not hesitate going back to the treatment rooms, and love being taken care of by the friendly hygienists.
