I was immediately greeted by Abby and she made check in a breeze she was so incredibly friendly and put me at ease for my initial visit. Dr Ydrach was so kind and engaging and he made me feel like having my tooth pulled was not going to be anything and I had nothing to worry about. P we made my appointment for the end of the week which was surprising because I know this is an extremely busy office and the day of the appointment I was in and out in less than an hour which is crazy considering I was having a molar pulled. Because I don't have an issue with local anesthesia I didn't have to go under so I was fine to go home with pain meds ice and soft food. Within a week I was eating normal again and my stitches dissolved on their own and everything went great. I highly recommend this office they are amazing.

He refused to prescribe antibiotics until it actually got infected to the point where I was oozing yellow pus out of the wound. He had to re-excise the area where to this day, years later, it never healed properly and I have scar tissue build up around the area. This led to a permanent dimple/indent on my face. 2) I asked him about a mucocele that developed on my lip (he was the only one who took my insurance at that time and I wanted to know what it was at least). I asked what to do about it and he said, "bite it to pop it." Seriously? That's exactly what NOT to do after I researched. I realize he might've been joking but he offered no medical advice whatsoever. Luckily it went away without surgery but regardless, I would've never went back to him for surgery or anything else anyways. Do yourself a favor and avoid AT ALL COSTS. Even if he's the only one who takes your insurance, do not go to him. In all my experience with him, he's always deflected blame, never took responsibility, apologized, and always acted like he couldn't care less.

I went today for a cleaning g and had to stop the hygienist about 3/4 of the way through because he just kept hurting me. He crushed my lips against my teeth with the mirror thing while trying to get at my back teeth. My gums haven't bled in years due to a cleaning but today they did. My hair and shirt were all wet because he didn't stop to suction out my mouth when he switched over to the water because I was complaining about him being so rough with the dental tools. There was so much water in my mouth that I gagged causing him to spray that high powered water thing on my lips which felt like they were cut ( they weren't luckily) . The other hygienist that I usually have is not rough like this. This guy needs to go back to school. This appointment.was a reschedule because when I arrived for the original appointment I was.told there would be about an hour wait because the were running late. This is not the first time they were "running late". They apologize but problems always seem to arise. Then I get my patient summary and it says they did this, that and the other thing which is not at all what they did. As I said I stopped the cleaning before it was even done so there wa no topical application, no instructions and the cleaning was not even finished. I mean make up your own mind but beware.

I was told no, so I left--only to be called maybe an hour later and asked to come in early because the office was closing early in preparation for the hurricane. When I explained that this was exactly what I had requested, I was dismissed with no empathy or accountability. Thankfully, my referring dentist stepped in to smooth things over. Based on my trust in her, I gave the office another chance here we are today--took time off work and only to be told they couldn't verify my insurance because the company was "on lunch," and that they'd been trying to contact them (which wasn't true). I expressed my concerns and was told I could return after lunch. I said I wouldn't be returning at all. No apology. No attempt by the provider to speak to me, despite knowing the prior issue. The lack of professionalism, empathy, and communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend this office.

So now I have to filed a dispute with my credit card company and I won't be receiving the night guard that was already paid for by insurance because they said I HAVE to come in and pay for another appointment just to pick up the night guard so they can charge more money to my insurance company. They will probably want another $250 deposit for that appt as well. The fact that ya'll couldn't even do the right thing today was mind blowing. Hope the $250 was worth it. I'll also be reporting you all to my insurance as well. Where do I begin? I made an appointment to be seen for my jaw. I broke my jaw back in 2012 and it did not heal correctly. The doctor would only do a physical exam and refused to look at any imaging including my CT scan. In order to make this appt I had to put down a $50 deposit that I was suppose to receive back the same day as my appt. They decided to keep the $50 on file to go towards my next appt. Now here's where things get weird. I was told over and over and over again that my night guard was 100% covered by my insurance as well as the visit. How ever when I went to make my appt for the night guard impression I was told I could not make the appt without putting down another $200 on top of the $50 they already had on file. I asked them why despite the fact my insurance was covering everything in full. They claimed I couldn't make the appt without the deposit. So I reluctantly made the appt with the deposit based on the fact that the receptionist stated I would receive my deposit back the same day as my appt. I asked her roughly 7 times and she stated each time I would receive my FULL deposit back the same day as my impression appt. Well here we are 5 and a half weeks later and I still do not have my deposit back. When I called and spoke to the office the woman on the phone told me she couldn't refund my deposit because they didn't know whether insurance was covering my night guard or not. WHAT?!?! I clarified with them 10 times about the coverage for the night guard and each time I was told that it was 100% covered by my insurance. She then told me someone from billing would call me back with in 48 hours, that was 2 weeks ago. Now, I've left two messages over the past two weeks with no response back from them. I went ahead and called my insurance. Well my insurance told me they have ZERO claims sent in by this office and had no idea what I was talking about. So now I'm out $250, they are refusing to respond, they have not filed anything with my insurance and I do not have my night guard.

Our experiences at Greenberg were always horrible and I kept saying how much I missed Dellagio, so when the time came to change my insurance, I made sure to get an insurance that would be accepted at Dellagio for my fiancé and me. First time back today, and it was just as wonderful as I remembered. All of the staff are super knowledgeable and you can tell they really do care for their patients. Kara and Paria made my fiancé and me feel completely aware of what needs to be done to keep our teeth healthy and took such great care of us. Multitasking at its finest!
