I purchased zoom teeth whitening from Groupon, I read reviews, and I even went in for a consultant. The doctor was pleasant and focused on care and comfort for his patients. It's his staff that is unprofessional and needs training to meet the needs of their staff. I had a follow up appointment 3 weeks after, and unfortunately because of their incompetence they canceled my appointment without reaching out to the correct number. I make it to my appointment on time, and the receptionist shared she called me and couldn't leave a voicemail, and sent text messages. I shared that's strange because I haven't received any since the last time I was there in mid December. I asked if she can call the number on file, she calls the wrong number (there were two numbers strangely on file- only 1 number different from both phone numbers on file). Which I'd think due diligence would be calling both numbers if one number doesn't even allow you to leave a message. She proceeds to argue with me, and share that's it's not their fault and that unfortunately I do not have an appointment anymore when I waited 3 weeks prior to vacation for this appointment. I will take accountability, maybe I shouldn't have purchased the zoom whitening on Groupon and stayed loyal to my primary dentist. So disappointing and never again. I do like the doctor but based on their staff, I highly do not recommend!!

His team is friendly and fast, and I honestly don't remember check-up's or cavities being as easy to deal with as they are today. I didn't feel any soreness after either of my visits this year. While my old orthodontist had wanted to charge me $600 for two retainers, I paid the same amount here for six! This dental office is close to a lot, but the location itself is on a quiet back road with plenty of private patient parking. Definitely give this place a try! You won't be disappointed.

When she informed me it was required for him to be restrained she withheld the cost or the fact it was not able to be billed by insurance. They are required to tell me prior that something isn't covered by insurance and let me make that decision, instead they dilebertly withheld information for a financial gain.

They really had no interest in their financial future with me. but Kelly was nice enough to give me a pitch about if I spent $1500 to repair a tooth I could spend 170 on a discount program that would save 20% off future costs. He also tried to sell me a 1000 dollar crown on another tooth that I just wanted pulled and another dentist just said needed a root canal. Last this was the most painful extraction that I have ever had. He kept saying just a little pressure. No that's pain and he wouldn't stop even when I spoke up.
