Gabriel shaved down 23 natural teeth in ONE appointment, performed bridge work, and changed my bite. The crowns were uneven, different colors, and one side was shorter than the other. He ignored my repeated concerns. After 10 MONTHS, he STILL had not finished my treatment, leaving me with eight temporary crowns. I became so concerned that I brought a witness to my final appointment. TWO independent prosthodontists confirmed that ALL crowns need to be redone because they do not adequately cover my teeth. They must have received the complaint because I received an official letter from the licensing board to request my records the day after the practice finally sent me my x-rays only. That is not a full medical record. It didn't give any names of the people that treated me. I'm a licensed medical professional with Florida and I couldn't imagine not giving someone my name or license number on request. This dental practice should be avoided at all costs.
