She nicely explained to him what he needed to do to be safe and get through his procedure. After the office went under new ownership, I did have a couple of visits where the dentist at the time was very persistent about recommending additional treatments, including Invisalign (it was not Dr. Heap!) During my most recent visit, I learned that dentist is no longer with the practice and met the new dentist, who I believe is Dr. Salinas. What a difference! She was fantastic -- kind, personable, and straight to the point. She gave me some genuinely helpful recommendations, but there was absolutely no aggressive upselling or pressure.
