This smaller scale office concentrates on YOU, the patient. I have lived throughout the world and received lots of dental care from different practices throughout my travels. Dr. G is respectful and understanding in more ways than one. Its means so much when a dentist truly connects with you and explains every detail of your treatment plan as well as gives options. I was in need of a multi-root canal and was referred out to an endodontist in the area by Dr. G and it went very well. Thus far Dr. G has placed 2 new crowns, a large Filling as well as a deep clean and I am beyond impressed with the care and warmth you feel from himself as well as staff. I am very excited to have formed such a great relationship with a trusting dentist in central Florida. Thanks Dr. G!!

I ended up having gum line issues/bleeding/ and color mismatch from my prior crowns and 3 years after the procedure I ended up back in Dr. Michaelson's office. Once I decided to move forward with my crown revision, he was very honest and straightforward with how I could best achieve the look I wanted, what my future with the crowns looked like, and timeline. They were also up front and transparent with pricing. Even though they are on the higher end price wise, the lab they used did an amazing job to match the color and it has now been over a year and my teeth have held up nicely. I was also very nervous for how long the temporaries needed to be on because of how bad temps have been in the past but these temporaries were not bad at all. For general dental visits: all of my cleanings were awesome/pain free and you could tell that they knew how to be careful with maintaining integrity of any dental work. Only experience that I feel like could be improved upon was X-Ray process. I have never been that uncomfortable from just getting dental images but they also got the most in depth photos I've ever had done so that could be why. Lastly, they always tried to accommodate my schedule and fit me in when they could. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Michaelson and his team. If I did not move I would still be going for my annual exams and any additional work.

I'm talkin' from the west coast to the east coast new. So, like you.. I decided to look for a dentist via Yelp.. as well as Googling up one. Thankfully I came across Natural Smiles Of Orlando & wanted to try them out because of the great reviews. As soon as I called with questions I was greeted with a smile over the phone! Magdia (I'm not sure how her name is spelled) answered all my questions & I always felt she was happy to help any time I called - so this made for a good first impression. When it was finally time for my appointment, the great customer service didn't stop over the phone. I felt very welcomed & everyone there is So friendly! Even the doctor! I also have to say the dental technician is such a ray of sunshine, she is great! Not only that, the place is clean & well updated. I also love the location & there is plenty of parking available. The reviews realy did prove this place to be 5 stars.. & I would give them more stars if I could. I will highly recommend this dentist to anyone I come across. I unfortunately cannot recommend Natural Smiles of Orlando (Dr. Mercado's office). In 2024, I…read morepurchased a $300 "no-insurance" membership for my son, an Army veteran, which was described as including two cleanings and an X-ray. No itemized invoice or written details were provided, it was just added to the account. During my son's first cleaning appointment, the receptionist claimed he couldn't use the plan. Staff insisted he needed a deep cleaning requiring two additional appointments, quoting $1,400 and invalidating the original plan. We proceeded, assuming the $300 plan would still cover basic preventive care later, as no expiration was mentioned. However, when my son tried to make an appointment in 2026, the office stated the plan had "expired" and was valid for one year from time of purchase and would no longer be honored, despite my payment in 2024 for that specific benefit and the lack of prior notice about expiration. This feels like a deceptive practice. Furthermore, my husband, also a patient, was told he needed a tooth removed. A second opinion from an oral surgeon revealed this was unnecessary. Beyond these issues, the receptionist, who identified herself as the "office manager," needs excessive customer service retraining. Front-facing roles aren't suitable for everyone

Due to the Rona', when you arrive you call the number on the easel that's outside their door and wait in your car. The most we waited was 10 minutes. I have an infant and he was the patient, so they kept us in a separate room from the rest of the patients. Dr. Arias and her team, were very kind & explained everything in detail about my sons oral motor concerns. She listen to me, asked me about feeding concerns, latch issues & you name it. I didn't know what to expect as we were there to see if my son needed to get his lip and tongue tie reversal, oddly enough it was done that same day. To watch it as a parent was difficult, but hello it needed to be done and she's done it to numerous people. The procedure did take a bit longer but that was due to my son locking his jaw and clamping down on the poor nurses fingers, he at the time was 8.5 weeks old. Post procedure, she goes over the different exercises that she wants you to do with your child to stretch out the lip and the tongue. Then she schedules you for your appointments, a few days after, a week after, week and a half, & then finally the two week. But I really like that she sent me pictures of what my sons mouth looked like before and after. Not only that but she gave me her personal cell phone number and told me to call her if I had any concerns. I didn't call her but she did text message me a few times and we exchanged messages back-and-forth. To me that's an excellent Doctor Who really cares about her patients. Infant patients are allowed to have two companions in office, all other patients (if a minor) are allowed one. If an adult you're on your own.

TLDR: you will want to have this place be your dentist…read more Let me start by saying, before Dr. Holz I hated going to the dentist. I did not have the best dental hygiene growing up which has compounded into a mouth that needs a lot of work. Previous dentists I went to made this seem insurmountable and it was too overwhelming and I ultimately would give up every time. Dr. Holz did the opposite of that. In my initial consult with him on 9/20/2021 he also explained that my mouth was in really bad condition, but he took the time to explain how we could systemically approach it and what needed to be taken care of right away and what could wait for the future. He also did not judge me when I shed a few tears over how overwhelming it all was. 1.5 years later, 6 teeth pulled, 4 crowns, 10+ fillings (I was able to not need some over time which was great), 14 visits later I am still as happy as I am that first visit. Every visit to the office is dare I say fun. Everyone at the office works together to take care of you so that you have the best experience. I had some complications from the teeth being pulled that required lots of coordination and the front office stepped in and made sure everything was taken care of so that I could focus on what I needed to. Also Dr. Holz and the different assistants explain every step of the way what they are doing so that I never have to wonder what that weird sound is in my mouth. Also, Dr. Holz is the best at numbing I have ever experienced. The experience is top notch while you are in the chair is also top notch. The massage chairs and televisions with Netflix and disney+ are a wonderful added bonus that help distract you when you have longer treatments. I could continue to go on and on with how much this location has changed my life but I will leave you with this, 1.5 later I've finally moved out of the first phase of treatment and get to begin on the optional parts of my treatment, and I have never enjoyed my smile more. I cannot thank Dr. Holz and team for all they do enough.
