Since we already had drinks she was ready to walk away but we wanted to order a pretzel. She took the order, pretzel arrived more than 15 mins later, but it was delicious. It was good we had something to munch on cause our dinner, 2 burgers and a flatbread, arrived 45 mins later. The burgers were wrong, she said she had 2 Cali burgers. My husband ordered a cheeseburger, I did order the Cali. I took one, they sent the other back for correction. Once I went to eat mine I realized it was not a Cali burger. That had to be returned also. Both burgers were ordered medium rare, they were cooked well done. My friend did enjoy her flatbread. The manager did come by with a half hearted apology. She offered free dessert, we're not dessert eaters so did not accept the offer. Looking back, we should gave taken dessert to go. I wouldn't go back. I felt not one employee offered good service.

We ordered an Expresso Martini (Vodka) and a Bees Knees Cocktail (Gin). Dario brought our drinks to our table. The cocktails were so yummy! SCD only sells chips and other related snacks. Best to eat before you arrive. Overall, Silk City Distillery has remained consistent since my last visit. Extras: - All alcohol is made at the distillery. - Distillery tours are available by appointment. - SCD has some hilarious Tee Shirts for sale. - 2 Restrooms on the premises. - Adjoining Ghost Hawk Brewery shares a small parking lot with SCD.
