We are new to Laguna and wanted a convenient and reliable dry cleaner. We've been coming here regularly and are always impressed by the consistent, high-quality work. Clothes come back perfectly cleaned and pressed every time. Even with a text message reminder to let you know when ready! The owner is so kind and personable--he always remembers little details about me and my partner, which makes each visit feel warm and welcoming! The drop-off and pick-up process is quick and easy, and the pricing is very reasonable compared to other places I've tried. It's such a relief to have a dependable dry cleaner I can trust. Highly recommend! read more

I am always terrified about bringing my clothes to the dry cleaners, but I know my clothes are in good hands with John! Everything I brought in came back clean and perfectly pressed. My new go-to dry cleaners! read more

This is hands down the best dry cleaners that I have ever been to. I have extremely sensitive skin and when they do my dry cleaning I have no skin reactions nor are there any smells like chemicals or cleaning supplies on them. John is the absolute best. He is so kind, professional and makes sure you have all your dry cleaning needs met. He is an overall amazing businessman who knows exactly what he's doing and treats his customers as if they were family. I also had to bring in my duvet cover in and that came out looking out brand new. I wish I could give more stars. However I would highly recommend this business to anyone who is looking or is in need of an outstanding dry cleaners. read more

The best tailor in Laguna Beach! I was visiting for a wedding and forgot to get my pants hemmed. When I called John answered and he was so kind. He informed that a rush order was not something he ordinarily does but since the occasion was a wedding he would be happy to help me. The hem was done perfectly and I got my pants back the next day. I figured it would be a surcharge for the rush and he didn't. He charged me a reasonable $29. If I was a local I would bring everything here. Thank you again!! read more

john was the best! super accommodating and kind and went above and beyond in every way

Really sweet people and wanted to love them. However, I was naively trusting and dropped off a load of sweaters, 50% which came back permanently destroyed. Multiple cashmere sweaters are shrunken (with a noticeably different texture) and one of my nice cotton jumpers has multiple holes in it. Again, very very kind owners but please drop off one or two items first to test out.... I'm sadly very disappointed and frustrated that multiple of my nice sweaters are destroyed. read more

Laguna Beach Cleaners did a great job mending my pants for a very reasonable price. It was my first time visiting this cleaners and John was incredibly welcoming. He showed me where to park and took a look at my ripped pants. He finished the job 2 days early and it was incredible. The pants are made of a very light fabric and I thought they were beyond repair. Now I can stretch and move without worrying they will rip again. I'm so glad to have LB Cleaners as my dry cleaner. read more

Laguna Beach Cleaners are awesome, now I appreciate that John is my next door neighbor but those of you who know me will understand that if I was unhappy with any aspect of the service I would be telling John about it and I certainly would not be giving a five star review on Yelp. I am happy to say this is not the case, having used Laguna Beach Cleaners for 3 years now the service has been excellent, I drop my dry cleaning off and invariably find it hanging in my office returned clean and in perfect condition 48 hours later, my past experiences with other dry cleaners has been that I have been lucky to get all of my shirts back ( we have all been there )  let alone find them hanging in my office hand delivered.  All in All just a fantastic service by owners who care about their clients. read more

This review is long overdue! Main takeaway- John is THE best! We needed a dress and suit cleaned/pressed asap and John went out of his way to accommodate our time crunch. Communication via text and phone call were great, and items were ready the morning of. In response to COVID, they've implemented new precautions, and continue to provide pick-up and delivery services, which we've used for our bedding. Overall, impeccable professionalism and attention to detail. Thanks John! read more

I've been to lots of cleaners where they don't even make eye contact and always gave me rushed feeling listening to my needs. This place was different. Prices were high, but I guess that's what you get from a cleaners in Laguna. However great turnaround time.

UPDATE John reached out to me and was genuinely concerned when he heard about my alteration issue. He not only fixed it, he offered a refund for my aggravation. Which was not necessary, he corrected the work and I'm happy! He was super apologetic. The dress looks great! Can't wait to wear it. read more

Best dry cleaner in Laguna Beach! The owner John is always friendly and very accommodating. It is always difficult to find a good cleaner place that will get it right every time, whether it is dry cleaning service or alteration. They also have good hours for people like me who go to work early and come home late. Competitive prices as the Yelp reviews said, and I could not be happier with the results. I will definitely continue to be a loyal customer! read more

Nice shop! Always be on time and cleaning well! Easy parking, good service! Highly recommended!

Easily the best in Laguna. 10+ years and I've never had an issue. John is awesome, always pleasant and great customer service. Some of the other dry cleaners in Laguna are closer/more conveniently, but I'd rather bring my stuff here. Quality of service and value make it not even a question. 10/10 will continue to use. read more
