Came here with the Yelp coupon yesterday. Standard eyelash experience except my eyes did not burn nearly as much as other places when I was finished. Typically some of the glue gets in your eyes after you open them at the end - places will use a fan, tape, or other techniques to minimize. Here they use moist pads under your eyes, the fan, and removed the dressing from my left eye after it was completed rather than keeping it on until the very end. I opened my eyes to find zero burning in my left and only minimal burning in my right - it's generally quite awful and this was a very welcome surprise. Would definitely return! read more

They are ok if you need you lashes done and no one wlse is available. They only have certain lengths and they only have J or C curl lashes.

I have tried so many different groupon deals on lash extension and this place I want to rate 10 if possible. I did cat eyes style and lasted for a month and aiming for the 5th week. Love Lady Eyelash! Previously, I've been to 3-4 different places. What I love about them is their price for one, but when actually getting the lashes done, they put some kind of gel eye patch under your eye instead of scotch tape like all the other places have. They also are very meticulous about putting the lashes on - especially the girl who works closest to the window. Went with my sister, used yelp. You have to pay tax 4$ cash. The girls there were very nice and they were eager to answer and questions. Did not pressure us to do the lashes. So far my lashes are great. Going on day 3, so far so good. Loving it and addicted already. I hope it lasts 3 weeks. Will be going back. They also decide on what they will do depending on your lashes, you may not necessarily get what you request. It was my first time getting lashes and after reading the reviews and seeing a Groupon I decided to give it a try. I'm not sure if it's because I came in with a Groupon but I felt like after showing the Groupon everything went left. The technician I believe her name was "Hana" asked me what kind of lashes I wanted. I tried explaining to her that it was my first time and that I needed help picking them out. She just kept repeating which one do you want. I kept repeating im not sure what do you think it's my first time. I had to calm myself down and ask her to calm down enough because I needed her to do a good job, I think that's when I should have left. In the process of putting on my lashes she kept fixing twisting my head forcefully. All that being said she did a good job but the attitude was a turn off. Before coming to lady eyelash, I have gotten my eyelashes done elsewhere many times and every where i went, they always made me tear and the extensions will fall out quicker than expected. The environment is also very clean. They change the bedding sheet after every visit and they also provide a blanket just in case you get cold while laying there. When winter comes along, the bed even heats up. They also have great deals where I believe after the 10 visit, your next one is free. Of course i never kept up with how many visits so I will always get surprised when they say "today is free."(which means they're on top of visits) I recommended most of my friends to go here and now they are all hooked. I've been wanting to try eyelash extensions for a while now. Of course being Asian and not having lashes, I naturally have an obsession for long lashes. Luckily after much research I found lady lash on yelp with awesome reviews and decided to give it a try, and to top it off, yelp was offering a deal for $68 for $100 value. Score! Made an appointment on a Tuesday morning and when I arrived I explained to the girl working that it was my first time, I sensed there was some type of language barrier and she just suggested I get a natural look since my lashes were naturally thin. After 1.5 hours she was finally done. The lashes looked very natural and to my surprise I didn't feel any difference from my natural lashes. I didn't want to write a review right away because I wanted to see how they turned out, after 2 weeks I decided the lashes looked too natural and made another appointment. This time I explained I wanted them thicker and more curled. She showed me a thicker lash and said this would give me the dramatic effect I wanted. I loved the results but unfortunately a lot of the extensions fell off after a week and it's probably because my lashes are too thin and weak. I would definitely go back and maybe get more of the natural looking extensions applied. All in all I was happy with their service. read more
