She made the time to talk to me and explain the options and procedures. While other establishments were too rigid with their prices and schedules, Candy gave me a good price and gave a time slot the next day. I was so excited and nervous at the same time. Since this will be my eyebrows for the next couple years! The next day I arrived. Candy welcomed me and made sure that I didn't have to worry. She drew the options for my eyebrows based on the shape of my face. Then gave me some suggestions. I accepted her suggestion and went on with the procedure. She applied numbing cream and waited for it to take effect. So i only felt minimal discomfort during procedure. Throughout the procedure she kept asking if I was ok. I felt I was in good care. I dozed off for a minute. Then I realized it's done! Candy showed me the mirror, making sure I was happy with the results. She explained the care for the next few days. She told me I could go back within 2 months for a touch up for only $30! Her service was above and beyond my expectations. I was happy with the results and will come back for sure!

They charged me the wrong price, and the lashes are so sparse and uneven, they are already falling out and it's only been 5 days, LESS than a week! I have had at least 10+ eyelash come out and since they are so sparse it already looks terrible. I asked if all the lash techs are trained and can do manga style well and they assured me yes, because originally i wanted the two people on their Instagram to do it but they said in order to book with them it cost $20 extra. on top of the price of eyelashes. The place is clean…read moreand decent, not like some dive spa in Flushing, but that's about all the good things I can say for this experience. So here goes the reasons why I will NEVER return to this place: 1. Groupon said it was 90 minutes deep-clean hydration facial and 60 minutes massage combo- the facialist (who's nice by the way) barely cleaned my face and the mask they use are "pre-packaged paper masks", yes, the kind you can just buy from any store. She claims it is very good and they've been using it for years, but as an experienced spa-goer, I could tell it was not as good as she claims to be. Also, my facial was barely 60 minutes, nowhere near 90 as it claimed. 2. We made the appointment 2 weeks ago, and we made it clear that it would be FOUR girls going in at the same time. At the time of reservation, the receptionist even told us they will have to split us up into two groups (one group facial first and the other massage) because they don't have the capacity to accommodate us all for one service at the same time. Upon arrival, we were notified that there were only 3 employees working that day, so ONE facialist did two facials at the same time. 3. The massage was horrible, the hot stone massage was basically having the lady rubbing hot stone all over my body and that was it. (I've had hot stone massage in the past and this is NOT how it's done). My room was very drafty, to the point I was freezing and had to asked her to bring my extra towels twice. Also, the lady left my door wide open while she was giving me my massage (I was only covered with a towel...). Anyone who walks past my room can have a full view of me on the massage chair... 4. During the first hour, the kids of one of the employees were running around inside the store and kept knocking on the door looking for his mother. They were also making lots of noises by running around. It made it very hard to relax. 5. During my friend's massage, her masseuse kept answering phone calls. 6. When I gave the reception lady $15 tips and said $10 for masseuse and $5 for facialist (because I really didn't think the Facialist did any work on me). The reception lady told me the general policy is that each person gets $10 tips. I didn't feel like arguing because I was in a rush, so I gave it to her. Bottom line: This place is rude, unprofessional. (everyone was dissatisfied with our services). It may look like a spa but none of the employees have real knowledge of how to perform each service accurately. The experience was so bad it prompted me to register an Yelp account and write my first review EVER. I hope my experience will save lots of people trouble from having to go through this sufference.
