Just try ripening a peach and compare it to the succulent beauties at Shaw's! Despite my highly repetitive diet, they are chronically out of stock on one thing or another. They use an unnamed 3rd party delivery service, and they are literally (nickel and) diming me to death with all the single foods getting its own bag! This added 10 cents each to my cereal and to my frozen pops for getting their own bags. The Vermont bag fee is about reducing bags by charging 10 cents to DISCOURAGE USE OF BAGS ON SINGLE ITEMS. The delivery service either does not know this or does not care.

Worse part, we are already customers with Synchrony Bank and had a hard inquiry as an existing customer anyway!! Beware of the deceitful practice and shame on them for their unprofessional and predatory practices. Be sure to say NO for their rewards card, it is a credit card that they present in a misleading manner.

This unique shop is not the cheapest and everything was very pricey, but everything is handmade by an artist because there are many artists in the Stowe, Vermont area.
