The front part of the store has men's good, massive shoe rack, a wonderful sitting area and the register. In the middle part is the women's items. At the back they have the kids and men's work boots. The whole store looks new, very bright, organized and clean. We spent a while looking through the vast collection of leather goods. I picked a leather vest for myself. My wife picked a leather belt. My daughter picked a pair of sparkly blue leather boots for herders. The prices were little higher as expected for quality leather items. The associates were very friendly. At the checkout they signed up us for a free rewards account. I received a 15% discount coupon email towards my next purchase. For the first time being at boot barn, we had a wonderful family time shopping here.

I go back to the store 2 days later to exchange for a diff size when I realize there is also a rip in the leg. Like someone cut them while opening the box of clothes. They denied an exchange because a brand new pair of $100+ jeans were already ripped. Not worn, not washed, not unfolded. When you have garbage quality control I think you should keep your mouth shut and eat in and not pin it on a customer who spends thousands a year there on his family at your store. Carhart sucks but atleast they don't treat you like that.

The rest of the staff I met once we were inside were super helpful and friendly. The store itself seems a little small, but I think the location and store itself is really nice. The prices seemed the same as other torrids I've been too, the layout of the store was great, and they had so many if not almost all of the standard bra options in store- that alone made my day! If you haven't been inside a Torrid before- they carry women's sizes 10-30, plus size exclusive. I love their bras because I can wear the same size in basically every bra and have it fit. They carry super trendy and comfortable styles with a fit that never disappoints, and if you feel like staying home you can order online and have it shipped for free to the store for pick up. So glad my favorite store is finally in Vermont!

She pressed on saying it was no big deal, it was free and you could get 10% off if you signed and it's free. She then asked my husband a few questions, asked for his ss#, assuring him it was for verification purposes. The next thing we know she has processed us as a credit card. We are now hit with a hard inquire on his credit report, called the Reward line, paid off the amount immediately and now have to dispute with the credit bureaus. Worse part, we are already customers with Synchrony Bank and had a hard inquiry as an existing customer anyway!! Beware of the deceitful practice and shame on them for their unprofessional and predatory practices. Be sure to say NO for their rewards card, it is a credit card that they present in a misleading manner.

I'm also convinced they are ALL about customer service! The manager also gave a $10 off coupon. I will be using these for another pair of DC's in a few weeks. So I changed my score!
