The whole store looks new, very bright, organized and clean. We spent a while looking through the vast collection of leather goods. I picked a leather vest for myself. My wife picked a leather belt. My daughter picked a pair of sparkly blue leather boots for herders. The prices were little higher as expected for quality leather items. The associates were very friendly. At the checkout they signed up us for a free rewards account. I received a 15% discount coupon email towards my next purchase. For the first time being at boot barn, we had a wonderful family time shopping here.

The prices seemed the same as other torrids I've been too, the layout of the store was great, and they had so many if not almost all of the standard bra options in store- that alone made my day! If you haven't been inside a Torrid before- they carry women's sizes 10-30, plus size exclusive. I love their bras because I can wear the same size in basically every bra and have it fit. They carry super trendy and comfortable styles with a fit that never disappoints, and if you feel like staying home you can order online and have it shipped for free to the store for pick up. I also saw that the store manager had responded to each, and noted that the reviewers were located in CA. Those two negatives weren't enough to keep me out, so in I plunged. The store was busy, it being a Sunday afternoon in the winter. Still, I was approached within 45 seconds to see if I needed help finding anything. The guy asked questions about how I would use the boots, explained how boot ratings work, and brought me some options. 15 minutes later I was out of there with my new boots. "Tailor" of amazing service and gratitude…read more Had out of State services to attend for my Uncle. Of course I waited to pack and it's been a while since I needed to suit up. I went to my collection of jackets from over the years the night before which has grown in numbers as my sizes have changed. The next morning (same day leaving to Latham NY. At 1PM) I had to scramble to try and get a suit jacket that would fit. This wouldn't be an easy task as I assumed nothing off the rack would fit. Went to Mens Warehouse in Williston VT. About 11:30 AM and was assisted by Daryl the new store Manager. He was professional understanding of my dilemma and jumped into action. When we dialed in the best possible fit off the rack in a nice black jacket I asked about tailoring the cuffs and asked if it was possible on the spot. He mentioned he didn't currently have a tailor in store but also mentioned his prior location was in Clifton Park NY. (15 mins from where the service was.) Daryl placed a call to his prior location and coordinated an appointment for 4PM for me same day. Fast forward I arrived in the Clifton Park Mens Wearhouse location, suit in hand at 4PM. The tailor Oksana had me dialed in and out the door in 30 mins. She even steamed my shirt to make sure I was good to go. I couldn't have been treated better. Went straight to the wake and was pleased to share the days events with family members at dinner afterwards. They were left in disbelief the level of care, customer service and amazing outside the box thinking helped make my unrealistic goal a reality. Truly appreciate Daryl and Oksana for thier understanding and making it all happen. Thank you.
