We have had nothing but fantastic service from them ! I suffer extreme medical anxiety so when I found Getlabs I was very happy ! All 4 times I scheduled the appointment, paid my fee and recieved a confirmation within minutes. Our phlebotomists have all been so kind and friendly ! Each time I recieved a text message letting me know when my person was on the way and what time they would be here. Always arrived exactly when stated. Also recieved a text when they arrived in front of my house. Before leaving they always tell me that they will drop off the labs and I will be able to view my results on their portal .... every time the labs are available within 24 hours (usually faster). Keep doing a great job Getlabs ... your people are great and its an awesome service you provide for people who cant get to the lab or don't want to deal with the chaos at the lab. Will always use these people if I need labwork done . That being said.... I have never had the need to contact them directly so I cant say anything about that. Its an easy process but im sure as with everything ..... things happen.

It only took her about 5 minutes to do my blood draw start to Finish. Scheduling was easy and it was so nice to be in the comfort of my own home. Not five stars because there is no way to contact the company but emailing them. My person said they arrived and they had trouble finding my apartment but there was no way to get in contact with them or the company. I would expect some way to chat/call the person coming to your house or the company.

Of course check in is on a smartpad. You know who struggles w that? Lots of people! Older people, people with vision issues, people w oddball medical plans, people with language barriers. But mostly seniors/older people. I watched an elderly man attempt to get help multiple times. I won't go into his personal details, but at least 7 people checked in before he was checked in. Someone at lab told me "times have changed" when I brought this up to staff, but there's a huge population that were not born in a digital age, that adopted technology when it was available, as adults. It's wrong- this digital gatekeeper way of running a business that involves humans- including the old and sick. Once in the back, I was treated well, as I always am by the staff at Sonora Quest. They are incredibly prompt (much appreciated since I'm normally fasting and HANGRY when I arrive.) The best thing for me is that these folks know what they are doing. I have tiny veins and they never struggle with the draw. Results are typically done within two days and if you sign up for their portal, you'll get an alert when it's ready. Bonus is there is a Starbucks in the Safeway too so you can go straight to breakfast!!
