The salespeople know what they're talking about, try to understand your needs, and don't try to upsell you. The family-owned business, since the 80s, sources its furniture to ensure quality and sustainability, making me feel good about where I spend my money. The prices are fair, and you're assured of getting very good-quality furniture that will last for a very, very long time. We bought a Stressless chair, which they sell many of, in the 90s, and it's still my favorite chair in the house. Even the delivery people love working there and care about your satisfaction. We live in a condo where they had to carry a large piece of furniture up four flights of stairs. One board got slightly banged up; they showed it to us, took pictures, sent them back to their manager, and assured us they would take care of it. Later, the owner came out, fixed the dings enough where we were happy, but he wasn't. He said this will do until we can get you a replacement because you bought something new, and you shouldn't have something newly fixed; you should have something you know is new. I can go on and on about what a great experience and value it is to shop there, but most have probably stopped reading this by now. Suffice it to say: if you want excellent-quality furniture that is super comfortable, long-lasting, puts a smile on your face when you see or use it, and makes you feel good about where your money went, buy it at Bedrooms and More. To the Owners, Thank You...We need more small business like you.

She spent thousands of dollars on a couch, a bench, and other living room pieces. Her original delivery date was scheduled for mid-September/October for the couch and early November for the bench. It's now November, and she still doesn't have her couch -- and the bench has been delayed until December. The delivery team was supposed to bring the couch on Tuesday but claimed they couldn't find her house and simply left. After hours on hold and speaking to multiple employees who all gave different answers, she was told it would be delivered Thursday -- only to now be told next Monday. We're extremely disappointed. My mom even planned ahead -- we took back the couch she'd been borrowing from us on Monday, expecting her new one Tuesday. Now she'll be without a couch for a full week. That's unacceptable after spending this much money. I warned her about this store because of their terrible delivery reviews during Covid, but we were assured by an employee that those issues were in the past. Clearly, that's not true. For a store this expensive, the customer service and logistics are shockingly poor. You can easily find better quality furniture, lower prices, and far more reliable service elsewhere. Save yourself the stress -- do not order from here.

Absolutely ridiculous after what we spent on this sofa. Especially since it fades so easily (reminder, it hasn't even seen one summer yet). Stay far away.

They're incredibly knowledgeable and saved me from making the wrong choice (seriously). They explained key differences between towel types, how long the super-lush towels take to dry, and helped me compare the waffle vs. classic options in a way that actually made the decision easy. I'm remodeling two bathrooms and brought in photos-- they guided me to the perfect color direction and it made such a difference. Professional, warm, and zero pressure. I'll absolutely be back next time I'm in the Village. Pro tip: go in to see/feel the fabrics and colors in person, then order through the store to support local retail. Best experience.

I wanted to share my experience with Parachute, as it ultimately led me to stop purchasing from the…read morebrand altogether. We purchased a full linen bedding set during Memorial Day. The order arrived incomplete, requiring a replacement shipment for the fitted sheet that did not arrive until mid-July. Between that delay, waiting for our new bed, and extended international travel, we didn't meaningfully begin using the set until October. Once we did, it became clear that the Bone color didn't work for our bedroom. The duvet cover was completely unused, and the sheets and pillowcases were lightly used and in excellent condition. Despite this being a color-only exchange for the same items, Parachute refused to honor the original sale price and required paying over $200 more to switch colors. After escalation, they made it clear that they were choosing to stand on policy rather than prioritize a reasonable customer relationship. Given the premium pricing, this rigidity was especially disappointing and not reflective of a brand that claims to value its customers. In hindsight, I don't feel the product quality or overall experience justifies the cost. I won't be purchasing from Parachute again or recommending the brand to others within my network.
