We tried calling the number and it said "Press 1 to talk to an associate," but pressing 1 simply made a robot list the store hours. There was a call button in the garage, which I pressed and got someone who seemed annoyed with me immediately. I tried explaining what happened and he said "This is Crate and Barrel, not CB2," but they have the same garage and as a customer I have no idea what the connection between the two is. I explained we couldn't get a hold of CB2 and he said in a very condescending and sarcastic tone, "Well, have you tried going in there?" No, I tried following the instructions from CB2 and it didn't work! We ended up re-parking the car and going in there, and they gave us the plates. after another bit of a wait. Why have instructions for parking in a garage and hitting a button that does literally nothing? When we brought these issues up (including the unreachable number) to the employees, they gave us a card with the exact same number which didn't work and said "Next time call this number." We told them this is the number we called which didn't work, and they said, "Oh, well we can't change that, that's up to corporate." I am never buying anything from here or Crate and Barrel again.

There was someone who greeted us as the door, but after that there appeared to be no associates walking the floor. Maybe it's be reservations?
