    Excellent customer service and return policy. We bought a fairly pricy sectional, and a few of the buttons kept poking up (I'm calling them "BUTTons") . Anyhow, I called R&B and let them know, and they gave me multiple options. They will send someone to repair the buttons/secure them better, they will have the couch picked up and repaired, or they will pick it up and I can return it for a full refund. Now, if this was Joybird, it would've cost me 10% of the item plus shipping it back at my own expense. We are thankful we went with a more quality albeit pricier item, because we know any issues will be dealt with quickly and fairly, with excellent service. Also, we sat in "our" couch in the store and even after so many butts, it doesn't sag or look crummy. I was planning to return our sectional but instead we'll get the BUTTons fixed up and I think the couch will be great for many years.

    We've bought a bookcase, coffee table, and living room rug from Room and Board. What really stands out is their excellent white glove delivery. We've purchased furniture from West Elm, Crate and Barrel, and Room and Board. Of the three stores, the delivery people are by far the best at Room and Board. They're polite, we never have to remind the guys to take their shoes off when they deliver items. They're efficient and respectful of my home. The items are delivered in perfect condition. They show up when they say they will, are careful, and do not cause damage to my home. We also received good service from the Design Department when selecting a living room rug. Room and Board is more expensive than Crate and Barrel and West Elm but their products are higher quality and you receive better service. You get what you pay for.

    WOW! What an impressive new store. This place is visually pleasant, starting the point where you get on the escalator going up. Once I was actually in the store, I was shocked by how clean and modern this place is. It is so sleek and well organized. I was doing some shopping and went from Crate & Barrel directly to Room & Board. I was so stunned by how fancy this place is when I walked in! Staff are all super friendly as the store is still very new. Still sad that B&N is no longer here.

    This review is for the amazing delivery service. Room and Board was professional and prompt and reliable. I live for a very narrow private drive which has been an issue for furniture delivery in the past. Even the so called "white glove" delivery service from companies like ABC Home or Design Within Reach which you pay extra for left much to be desired but Room and Board exceeded my expectations and even without additional costs. I didn't have to worry about a thing. The delivery crew unpacked all the pieces and brought them into the house. All the bulky boxes and packing was taken care of as a matter of fact. I love the furniture we ordered and I would order from Room and Board again just based on my experience with the delivery. Thanks again!

    We ordered some plates and the emails we got from CB2 told us very specifically to use the curbside…read morepickup. We followed these instructions exactly: Park in the garage, press the specific button on the email. We waited ten minutes with no sign of anyone coming. We tried calling the number and it said "Press 1 to talk to an associate," but pressing 1 simply made a robot list the store hours. There was a call button in the garage, which I pressed and got someone who seemed annoyed with me immediately. I tried explaining what happened and he said "This is Crate and Barrel, not CB2," but they have the same garage and as a customer I have no idea what the connection between the two is. I explained we couldn't get a hold of CB2 and he said in a very condescending and sarcastic tone, "Well, have you tried going in there?" No, I tried following the instructions from CB2 and it didn't work! We ended up re-parking the car and going in there, and they gave us the plates. after another bit of a wait. Why have instructions for parking in a garage and hitting a button that does literally nothing? When we brought these issues up (including the unreachable number) to the employees, they gave us a card with the exact same number which didn't work and said "Next time call this number." We told them this is the number we called which didn't work, and they said, "Oh, well we can't change that, that's up to corporate." I am never buying anything from here or Crate and Barrel again.

    Anyone who knows me know that Crate & Barrel, and CB2 are my go too for home decor or even more…read morerecently housewarming gifts. I always find the perfect finishing pieces at CB2 that are unique in its own way. Prior to now I haven't had the opportunity to shop at an actual CB2 store location, so I don't have anything to compare it too. This location is is also joined with Crate & Barrel which is extremely convenient for me; not so much my husband. The customer service provided was great I really appreciate the extra precautions put in place for social distancing, and curbside pickup options. I will definitely return, and highly recommend.

    This review is based on my mom's experience with this store, their employees, and their delivery…read moreprocess. She spent thousands of dollars on a couch, a bench, and other living room pieces. Her original delivery date was scheduled for mid-September/October for the couch and early November for the bench. It's now November, and she still doesn't have her couch -- and the bench has been delayed until December. The delivery team was supposed to bring the couch on Tuesday but claimed they couldn't find her house and simply left. After hours on hold and speaking to multiple employees who all gave different answers, she was told it would be delivered Thursday -- only to now be told next Monday. We're extremely disappointed. My mom even planned ahead -- we took back the couch she'd been borrowing from us on Monday, expecting her new one Tuesday. Now she'll be without a couch for a full week. That's unacceptable after spending this much money. I warned her about this store because of their terrible delivery reviews during Covid, but we were assured by an employee that those issues were in the past. Clearly, that's not true. For a store this expensive, the customer service and logistics are shockingly poor. You can easily find better quality furniture, lower prices, and far more reliable service elsewhere. Save yourself the stress -- do not order from here.

Absolutely ridiculous after what we spent on this sofa. Especially since it fades so easily (reminder, it hasn't even seen one summer yet). Stay far away.
