We went to the store to see if they could refund our money. They claimed they too were duped by the supplier and that it's not actually leather but rather bonded leather. All they offered was a $800 credit. Why would I spend even more money at a store that is so scammy! And even if this wasn't an intentional scam, they clearly don't know real leather from bonded, which for someone in the furniture business is total incompetence. Now we are stuck with this peeling eyesore in our family room. We are contemplating reporting them to the WA AD. Selling is a leather protection package was just salt in the wound. We are so mad

It's consistently super stocked, and the employees have always been really nice! Stopped by on Labor Day and was happy to see that they were open. Worked out perfectly since we were already walking around the area. They had SO much fun seasonal stuff out. This location always seems to have one of the best selections and the most stock compared to others I've been to. It was definitely a little tricky to navigate some areas because there were large carts of merchandise out, but like any HomeGoods... with some patience and a willingness to dig around a little, you never know what you'll find! Although some sections were so packed with stuff that I was scared to move anything because I felt like one wrong move would bring everything down...
