I like the prices, got a good novel that was $30 originally for $5. Books on display that you just…read morewalk around and see for decent organization, but the books on the shelves are a jumbled mess. Especially the graphic novels. They should organize them by publisher (DC, marvel, vertigo, image comics, etc). But unfortunately it was chaotic and unorganized. I know customers can mess up the books but they can have at least one worker in charge of book organizing. I love the deals on the energy drinks I got before. Like the reign and toxic waste energy drinks. I do wish their site and app would allow for buying books and other products online, but over all aside from the books issues I like Ollie's and their worker's are very friendly from my experience. BUYER BEWARE !! I…read morebought a walking pad on 11/4, took it home to realize it was sold without the power cord or the remote to use the pad. I went back on 11/10 ( I work a hybrid schedule so wasn't back in the area until then). I was told that I was not able to return the walking pad - one that requires an electric cord to plug into the wall & a remote to work it, because it was not considered an "electronic" and not a part of their return policy. The manager proceeded to be rude and get smart with me and asked me why I would purchase something when I didn't know if it had all of the parts, which I followed up and asked her why they would sell something on the floor without all of the parts to it. She responded with "that's how it gets donated." So are you going to 1 shoe instead of a match? Are you going to sell a movie without the DVD in it? They really tried to convince me that a walking pad, that needs electricity to work, and has motors, was not an electronic device because it was exercise equipment. I didn't buy dumbbells. Since they didn't want to give me a refund for my purchase, I left my receipt with the manager & went and "donated" the walking pad BACK to them. I can't use it. So if you see an Ancheer walking pad in the back, don't buy it.

When I brought it back to return it, they were out of the one I was returning- kinda ruining my project but I found something that would work. The staff was incredibly rude about my return the lady at the fabric counter was arguing how was she supposed to know what I got after I gave her my receipt for some reason. The lady at checkout said she didn't know what was going on with my receipt and wanted us to give her the faulty fabric when the lady at the fabric counter had taken it. Then the manager was called and she was just rude in general no apologies about it or any friendliness whatsoever from any of them. It was only my second time at that hobby lobby. I don't plan on returning - Dover is worth the drive I guess.

So inexpensive too. It's nice to go in and browse. They had outdoor chairs and umbrellas as good prices. It's a great variety store. They have clothes, food items, laundry detergent, and milk.
