I went to the store to purchase a new phone and was hard-sold on accessories that I did not need…read more Specifically, it was strongly implied that I needed the "box" (the piece that plugs into the wall when charging) and that my previous Android charger needed to be replaced. When I got home and realized the old wall charger was fine, I tried to return the new one. I was told that it was part of a "bundle" with the case and glass protector and if I returned it, I would be charged the $50 I had saved from the bundle. I was NOT told the charger was part of the bundle and the store employee was rude when I explained this. There are other Verizon stores nearby- I suggest using one of them! (Also, don't bother with the "schedule an appt" link as it is first come, first serve regardless).

I have had the pleasure of shopping at the Seaford location. I was skeptical after reading reviews, but I can truly say i was taken aback by how completely opposite my experience was. I will MOST DEFINITELY be coming back. I would also like to thank Olivia (Manager), for assisting my husband with finding pants to accommodate him while recovering from arm surgery.
