It was a Sunday so I used the whole pen 4 times to get my correct dosage for the week called the pharmacy the next day and explain to him what happen. I was not mad just wanted corrected. He started yelling at me that I should not have taken the shots any shots by doing so it cost him 2000.00 for that box. my co pay is 11.00. I should have brought it back I said but it was opened what would you do with it ? He said I would do something with it. Red Flag would he repacked and give to someone else ? There's always a line (just like the main part of the store), and the slow apathetic staff could care less how long people wait. One time the cashier was barefoot!! Really?!!! The concept of getting your Rx filled while you do your grocery shopping is brilliant, but so inefficiently executed here. Sad thing is you'll never see any improvement because WalMart doesn't want to spend money to train their employees and they don't do customer surveys because they don't care! Walmart should stick to selling cheap foreign junk, not filling prescriptions.
