There's always a line (just like the main part of the store), and the slow apathetic staff could care less how long people wait. One time the cashier was barefoot!! Really?!!! The concept of getting your Rx filled while you do your grocery shopping is brilliant, but so inefficiently executed here. Sad thing is you'll never see any improvement because WalMart doesn't want to spend money to train their employees and they don't do customer surveys because they don't care!
