We recently moved to Cambridge from Philadelphia where we have been using the same chain pharmacy since it opened. A Pharmacist there understood the meaning of customer service and was a person who was an integral part of my Healthcare team. When we moved here I expected the same level of service from the chain and transferred all of our scripts to their closest store in Easton. I was completely wrong and after to months decided to go to a Mom/Pop local pharmacy and it was the best choice I made. The staff at Clayton's knows me when I walk in after only two visits, they are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It was a great choice and thank you, major chain pharmacy, for causing me to make the change. read more

What I love about this place is their delivery service, it is so good to be able to count on having my meds delivered on a regular basis in a timely fashion number of courses, I would easily forget all of this, the staff is extremely friendly and pleasant helpful. read more

Today's experience was five star, and Hennessey provided a model for how all, retail employees should interact with customers. There were two customers in front of me, each with unique issues that required more time and attention. Hennessey handles each one with exemplary customer service in terms of her caring, competency, and efficiency. I had a coupon from the drug manufacturer that also required some extra attention and Hennessy handled it quickly. it seems like good. Customer service is a thing of the past, and it is most refreshing to find an employee who exemplifies what customer service should be. Kudos to Hennessey and wall greens. I have been a customer of Craig's, not by choice, for over 7 years, purchasing all of my CPAP…read moresupplies from them every month. Over the last week I was lied to by multiple people at Craig's, as well as them lying to my Dr's office staff. They made excuse after excuse. My Dr sent them 2 prescriptions and when I called to have them filled and delivered, I was told that a prescription had never been received. So, they deliver my medical equipment, no medicine. The next day I find out from my Dr that Craig's had my prescription and someone from Craig's told them they had it the day before also. So, now, the delivery day for my area has passed and Craig's wants me, the patient with double lung pneumonia, to drive 2 hours round trip to get my medicine from them. They screwed up, they should have made a special delivery. Someone with pneumonia can't wait another week for meds and I'm not feeling up to that 2 hour drive. So, Craig's, you have lost my business. CPAP and otherwise. I'll take my business to Medi-Rents. They have better customer service!

Best Customer Service…read more...... Riverside Pharmacy did all the work needed to fill a couple of prescriptions on an emergency basis within about an hour. They were my fourth choice after the large chain pharmacies either outright declined or presented me with time intensive process hurdles. Now Riverside pharmacy will be my first choice.
