I always have excellent service at this Walgreens. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and my wait times are less than 15 minutes. I have been to other pharmacie's and they are rude and do not want to help you. I feel like the people who are giving negative comments are people who are not happy with themselves. read more

This pharmacy is absolute garbage ruined by corporate. Long lines, they'll annoy you with refill reminders but then not have any meds in stock, take days to fill meds when they do. Ive gotten notices my meds were filled only to get there and they not be. Getting ahold via phone is almkst impossible also. Do yourself a massive favor and if you can go to a local privately owned pharmacy because walgreens.....especially in Bridgeville and Milford DE are horrendous. read more

The lady at the pharmacy, relatively tall, dark hair, and a continuous smile helped my wife and me with prescriptions and COVID tests. Also registered my wife in their rewards program. We were there about 4:30 today. Didn't get her name, but she was outstanding. Customer service people need to know how effective a great smile means to the public. She could train them all. read more

Excessive pharmacy wait times. Both in store and at drive through. Last week a women was getting prescriptions and checking out store merchandise. Issues with merchandise pricing prompted further delays. I called Walgreens headquarters to make them aware of the additional staffing need. The representative genuinely seemed concerned and said it would be addressed. I informed a store manager I had contacted the home office to alert them of short staff. His reply they'll probably get less budget for headcount. Where we moved from CVS was the pharmacy. There were no Walgreens. Very satisfied with CVS. Here it's too far to drive to a CVS. read more

Walgreens moved in and bought out all the Happy Harry's drugstores. Bad move. They now have changed the pharmacy hours to 9:30am to 6pm and closed on weekends. Another bad move. I tried to call in a refill on the recording line and that stupid computer voice said she could help me with anything but the pharmacy. This was a really BAD move. I have to wait until 9:30am to call in a refill! This store has brought me to the breaking limit. I need to find another pharmacy to handle my medications. read more

Horrible customer service at the drive-thru!!! We waited there to pick up an order for a solid 10 minutes, during which time we rang the bell 3 times, and were completely ignored. After tapping on the window, waiting more time, then loudly knocking on the window, the pharmacist, who had been on the phone, finally walked over and gave us attitude while he said "she" would be with us as soon as she got off the phone. She then came to the window & proceeded to ask for my name & d.o.b., which I gave to her, but said we were not picking up a prescription. She looked it up anyway, then said they didn't have any prescriptions for us. I repeated that we were not there for a prescription, and I told her what we ordered. Even though, as requested, we had notified the store when we were on our way, and again when we arrived at the store, and even though we were given & accepted the option to pick up the item at the drive-thru, it was not there. After waiting all that time, she told us we'd have to go inside the store & pick it up at the front counter, and made no move or offer to go get it for us. The lady at the front counter said that they should have advised her when we were on our way. On top of all this, I later contacted Walgreens through their website to explain our experience at this store, and I received zero response. After being ignored for an extended period of time, being spoken to with attitude by the pharmacist, observing the laxity in following procedures, the total lack of helpfulness in retrieving our package by the lady at the window, and receiving no response from Walgreens, we will travel further to give our business to a pharmacy that is more welcoming, efficient, helpful, and responsive. read more

After filling over 20 prescriptions with Walgreens, having called their Balance Rewards Program 4 times and waiting to hear from them for 6 months, I was finally told today that because I collect a retirement check from the government I am not eligible for their Balance Rewards Program. When I called to let Walgreens know I would be taking my prescriptions to another pharmacy they lied to me and told me that all pharmacies have the same restrictions. I know that is not true because I do get my points from Rite Aide. Rite-Aide is a few miles further but at least they have never lied or tried to deceive me. read more
