Everyone that I spoke to was very friendly. Emmy made feel very comfortable and welcome. Emmy cut my hair perfectly and I was done. I don't know what any of their other service are since being a guy I just get my haircut. Looks to me like a well run and we'll organized salon. Front office and scheduling are a nightmare. Tried to get into office from the end of Sept 25…read morethrough Dec 31st in order to use the remainder of my dental insurance. They could not "fit me in" with any dentist in their office. I asked for a call back from the dentist several times and it never happened. had to leave more than $2000 in dental coverage on the table. Also, I believe a focus on upselling dental care. Do not recommend and I do not believe I've ever left a negative review anywhere on any site. This was a bad experience.

I have been a patient of Dr. Harriotts for many years. I have always been happy with him and…read moreloved his old office staff in Lewes. They always answered the phone and any questions. I have recommended his practice to numerous friends who have now also used him. His new office staff are impossible to get in touch with. They send out bills from 2018 they apparently lost in the move. Calls go to voice mail with a promise of a return call within 48 hours. If you miss that call, you start all over again. It ends up being weeks of back and forth. I would not recommend using this practice due to poor customer service. It is not worth the frustration.
