Every time I go in to pick up a prescription I see the same bad attitudes and hear the same complaints about their customers and who has to handle drive-up customers...etc. ...etc. I went there once to pickup a prescription through the drive through on my e-bike (which looks like a motorcycle) and was told "We cannot provide service to people who come through the drive-up on a BIKE."(?) So they won't serve you on a motorcycle through the drive-up either now?!! Are they just making the rules up based on who there has to handle serving the drive-up customers and that person's current bad attitude? Unbelievable! They DO NOT like to process Rx discount coupons for sure. It looks like there is only one person here that knows how to process them and if they are out or on a break you're SoL. When I finally called to ask why it was still not filled, the interaction with the pharmacy became tense, and afterward they informed me they would not fill my medication at all. Refusing to dispense an essential medication after delaying it for this long is unsafe and unacceptable. At minimum, a pharmacy should transfer the prescription so the patient can obtain their medication somewhere else. That did not happen here. Patients who rely on critical medications should be aware of this experience. I will not be using this Walgreens pharmacy again.
