I just hope my stellar review…read more& defense of the Lewes CVS Pharmacy team did not set too many folks on the wrong path TO this store. Folks, getting scrips filled here is or can easily make your life much harder than it already is. And if your health requires regular refills... God help you. Don't be a masochist. Please move your scrips. A little background: Suddenly there was a flag on my refills where there wasn't before, along with a whole new/foreign PRIMARY INSURANCE listed (??!!) & my actual and only insurer was dunked to secondary. 1. You can't call & talk to these folks when it works for you. Oh, "we're a digital store. We don't take calls. Only do call backs." Translated: when it's good for them. God forbid if you have to schedule your breaks or have coworkers you'd like to be considerate of. Message heard: they and their time are more important than the patients and their time, not to mention health. 2. When my insurance carrier called the store to clear up the issues, their calls also went to voicemail. 3. These weren't new scrips. They were processed correctly with no hitches numerous times. WTF?! Even when confronted with the obvious in their system and with my insurance company repeatedly confirming they have no flags on these refills, and see no reason for any issues, the now-infamously poor performing CVS Lewes Pharmacy staff looks at ME for the solution. 4. A call to the CVS corporate relations line yielded no chance at the Lewes store, but the very nice agent after working on this for an hour with me, and after multiple calls to the store about their responses that just aren't jiving, she at least reassured me that it was NOT ME. And she concurred that the best thing is do is transfer what I can to another store, and to run, run and don't look back. Lol. Lost cause. Stick a fork in 'er!

Y'all, when this migraine hit, I was incapacitated. I did not want to get out of bed for anything…read more The only thing I brought with me, ibuprofen, was not cutting it. I waited for the pain to dull and found myself in my vehicle and on the road for some type of solution. Quick search showed that CVS was nearby and I headed in that direction as fast as I could. I will say this is not the best CVS I have been to, but for what I was here, it served its purpose. The parking lot was atrocious. It was like one of those brain teaser puzzles to figure out not only where to park, but how to make your way through without taking out another car. Inside is a bit disorienting. The aisles were set up weird. I somehow made my way to the pain reliever section. Probably looking like a hot mess because I look like I'm in shambles with my sunglasses and whatever it was I threw on. Found my Aleve and headed to the coolers to grab a drink to wash this down with. I believe I used the self checkouts. The state I was in would not have served anyone right so the self checkouts was where it was at for me. Another no plastic bag situation but since I was only getting two items I didn't need one. Made my way back out of this place and prayed to whomever that CVS may have just saved the day.

When we arrived on the beach, we noticed the umbrella was for patio due to each its tall height, long wooden base, and was not adjustable. Since this umbrella was not for beach use, couple hours later, I returned to the store to and return/exchange umbrella because we thought we could find another umbrella, the store manager said "no returns on beach umbrellas" - without any explanation whatsoever. That was an odd response. First, the store did not issue a receipt; second, all items should be subject to returns unless you buy an item like coke bottle and opened it. When I tried to explain the situation about the umbrella, he wanted to show flexibility and buy another umbrella the same size - they didn't have one - then he changed his mind and offered to buy something else - no refunds/no returns- but why? Why do I have to buy something that I don't need. However, since we were on the beach area, I said ok, I will look for a beach chair. All of a sudden, he saw that the umbrella had traces of sand, then, he changed his mind again and said "no returns - you must keep it." If the umbrella was placed in the trunk with chairs from the beach then there was sand. So, I decided to leave the store at once. Definitely an unacceptable way to run business and misleading customers by selling items like umbrellas for a beach use that are in fact for patio use - do whatever to make a profit . Will someone from the local community keep a close check to stores like this one? Obviously , the name of the store called "RB Convenience" hits any visitor/tourist like myself with high prices and taking advantage of its close proximity to the beach.

I wasn't in the mood to stop at a gas station or drug store, so with little other time to make a decision I just pulled in here. What I like most about this location is that it is a smaller Walmart. I really appreciated that they didn't allow for them to build a superstore here and most likely shutter some local stores. I mean, this is a beach destinations and what would be a beach vacation without those local shops to get your items. You really don't want to have to go to Walmart to grab everything. With it being smaller the layout of the store was a bit off. They attempted to stuff this spot with everything you would find in a Walmart Supercenter and failed miserably. By doing so the flow of products just didn't work. You want crackers, look here first, but just to mess with you a bit, we will continue to the aisle behind you at the end of the aisle. With it being smaller, as well, this place can get quite congested. Which does not make for a good shopping experience. The register area is a mess as well. What's irritating is that this is a bag free store, unless you purchase a reusable bag. I wish I would have known that because I would have brought some in with me from my vehicle. Instead I had to juggle my items until I got to my vehicle.

I was at the front side of the lot near the dumpster by Wendy's. [Review 18191 overall - 108 in Delaware - 1713 of 2022.]
