We even choose Royal Farms over Wawa specifically because of it. We do love a Wawa's sandwich too. Unfortunately we were shocked to find out that the pulled chicken sando is no longer on the menu! What a huuuge disappointment! We ended up getting a smaller item since we were already there. The staff behind the counter were friendly, the biscuits and wedge fries were good, but we accidentally received regular fried chicken instead of spicy that we ordered. Not a big deal, but another small disappointment. On our last day of vacation, we ended up skipping Royal Farms altogether and went to Wawa instead. Pls bring back the pulled chicken sandwich! You have at least 3 very loyal customers waiting for its return.

Once I got to my room, I wasn't going to be leaving and I was probably going to crash for the day. I'm not sure what brough me here, but once I entered, I knew I was welcomed. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The greeting I got was a bit abrasive, or at least I thought it was. It took a minute for it to sink in and when the employees saw my facial expression they understood I got their joke. We all had a good laugh and I went about the store. I used the facilities as my first order of business. I then went about the store looking for snacks and drinks. Usually when I see self checkouts I'm all about them. But I needed something from behind the counter and had to wait for one of the employees to come to the register. When she arrived we joked a bit more. She was really delightful to interact with and I would definitely come back to this store. They seemed to love their job in here and I felt welcomed. They were definitely keeping that place running.

It is accross the street from lowes on the east side of five points. I was see signs for gas as I left rehoboth to go to lewes. I looked at the prices, but I kept going because I usually stop at Uncle Willies BP. I can tell you there prices are significantly higher than the rest of the gas stations. This was the first time I noticed. I feel now like I have been always paying more now. The store shelves were a little dusty when I went in to pick up a water. They have a great location. I hope the have a more competitive price. Luckily I have a little car.

Walking into the building it is the usual findings that you would see in an Exxon. Sparse items, but somehow exactly what you were looking for. From the moment you attempt to enter the parking lot it is a constant fight. I came in here to grab some cigarettes. What an ordeal this is in one of these establishments. They do attempt to make the customers use the self checkouts, but if you need an item like I did, you have to wait until an employee comes back to the counter. You can check them out on a self checkout, but an employee has to grab them for you. The easiest part about this place was the exiting the store. But if you are further south in the area, getting back on the road is a bit difficult.

I purchased approximately $25 of gasoline (about 5 gallons). After completing the transaction, I noticed that the expected mileage/fuel information was not reflected in my vehicle as it normally would, and I believed there may have been a problem with the fuel pump or the transaction. I approached the manager, Zoe, to explain the problem and ask for assistance. Unfortunately, I felt that I was treated very disrespectfully. She told me that the receipt was all she could provide, that she could not do anything for me, and that I should call the company myself. She then left the receipt on the table and walked away without making a meaningful effort to help resolve the issue. I understand that there may be procedures for handling fuel-pump or payment concerns. However, I believe customers should be treated respectfully and given reasonable assistance when they report a potential problem with a fuel purchase. I am asking Royal Farms corporate management to please review this incident, including the fuel-pump transaction and the conduct of the manager, and let me know how this matter will be addressed.
