Absolutely the worst pharmacy customer service you could imagine at this particular CVSI!! I'd give them a -5 if I could!!. Most of the "entrenched" staff and especially the Head Pharmacist at this store simply don't give a damn about their customers. It trickles down from the top it seems. While waiting and observing them struggling to apply a drug manufacture's discount coupon I constantly hear them brazenly complain about customers - in front of other customers! The things they say about drive-up customers behind the scenes is very telling of their overall bad attitude. Condescending, disrespectful, and judgmental comments abound and they think us folks waiting inside don't hear them - or they simply don't care. Every time I go in to pick up a prescription I see the same bad attitudes and hear the same complaints about their customers and who has to handle drive-up customers...etc. ...etc. I went there once to pickup a prescription through the drive through on my e-bike (which looks like a motorcycle) and was told "We cannot provide service to people who come through the drive-up on a BIKE."(?) So they won't serve you on a motorcycle through the drive-up either now?!! Are they just making the rules up based on who there has to handle serving the drive-up customers and that person's current bad attitude? Unbelievable! They DO NOT like to process Rx discount coupons for sure. It looks like there is only one person here that knows how to process them and if they are out or on a break you're SoL. I can't believe CVS corporation allows these nasty condescending "holier-then-thou" jerks to not only treat customers this way but also represent the company!! If you are looking for a new pharmacy after Rite-Aid closed, do not switch to CVS! If you don't have a history with them & don't have insurance that covers prescriptions, they won't fill your script!!! Of course, they don't tell your provider when they call in the script. Don't care about inconveniencing patients who need their medication. It is Friday & if your provider is closed for the weekend then you go without your necessary medications!!!!! Y'all, when this migraine hit, I was incapacitated. I did not want to get out of bed for anything. The only thing I brought with me, ibuprofen, was not cutting it. I waited for the pain to dull and found myself in my vehicle and on the road for some type of solution. Quick search showed that CVS was nearby and I headed in that direction as fast as I could. I will say this is not the best CVS I have been to, but for what I was here, it served its purpose. The parking lot was atrocious. It was like one of those brain teaser puzzles to figure out not only where to park, but how to make your way through without taking out another car. Inside is a bit disorienting. The aisles were set up weird. I somehow made my way to the pain reliever section. Probably looking like a hot mess because I look like I'm in shambles with my sunglasses and whatever it was I threw on. Found my Aleve and headed to the coolers to grab a drink to wash this down with. I believe I used the self checkouts. The state I was in would not have served anyone right so the self checkouts was where it was at for me. Another no plastic bag situation but since I was only getting two items I didn't need one. Made my way back out of this place and prayed to whomever that CVS may have just saved the day. read more

It's bad enough that CVS doesn't require customers to mask. But it doesn't seem to require employees to mask, either, and for that reason I'd give it 0 stars if I could. The store itself is a spacious CVS. Some sections are well-stocked. Some places have empty shelves. That's par for the course for most CVSes these days. But both times I had to go in here by necessity I saw at least one staff member moving around the store with no mask, though most of the staff was masked. Between that and the customers often not being masked, it's hard to feel fully safe in the store. read more

They close at 10 pm. Worked perfectly as I went in about 9 pm. My daughter fell and her knees needed sone serious bandaids and neosporin. CVS is our go to for bandaids and they has a great selection. We like the heavy duty ones and got some water proof ones too in case we swim tomorrow. Store was clean. Service was pretty normal. One guy seemed to take charge when he came up front which was nice. The one cashier was not directing anyone to use self checkout or help the line move. read more

Dropped by here in search of some bottled water because we were running low on our vacation trip. Walked in and made sure to scan my cvs card for any coupons. One cvs lady was kind enough to ask me what I was looking for. Told her I was looking for water and she directed me to aisle two. Grabbed a case of 24 bottles of water at a great price. When I came to check out I realize I had a coupon for an item. Used it on my case of water. Very nice staff. This place is also very clean and bright. Good location because it is near the hwy. I like cvs and will continue to shop at cvs. read more

Without a doubt, "this pharmacy", if one can call it that; is barely a 5&Dime store, if that... After my discharge from being hospitalized from a recent stroke, it took me 14 separate trips, days apart, and only to accommodate CVS; now this was after being diagnosed unable to drive (try to find a taxi in Rehoboth) ! Each time I went, desperate to get my life-saving medications, I was told they had to order them and only when finally I raised hell with them (something I've had to a lot lately) about the ridiculous - if not dangerous to my health - delaying practices of theirs, because I had been out of meds for days, someone (Amber, God bless her, the only person there worth their salt) overheard me and finally looked in the back and found them right up on the shelf and brought them to the cashier. The silence was deafening. But then, lo and behold, I discovered that they deliver, nice, now we're talking. And the very first time I used that service; perfect, right to my front door, I couldn't believe it and on the THE SAME DAY yet! Great! Finally. Now, onto the next 'delivery'... Well... my mediations got lost, even though CVS insisted they shipped to my home exactly the same way as before. After severals days of hassling with CVS and being without medications, yet again! I discovered it was shipped to my PO BOX! Downtown Rehoboth, even farther away than they are! 3 trips since they couldn't find it, being mislabeled, Taxi anyone? Two weeks ago I was out of most of my meds and stopped at CVS to pick up my refills and was advised that they were in the computer alright, they already showed 6, unfilled, waiting to be processed, I told them to renew those that were in the computer since I was out of all of those, and add the new one's I was already out of, and then was told that all of them would be ready the following Monday, giving them FIVE (5) days to process and I advised staff to please get on it hoping to avoid yet another delay or altercation getting things filled timely and I was told no problem, the order would be ready the following Monday, could I wait that long? I stopped today, a week later, No meds! First I was told things were shipped back since I didn't pick them up timely WTF? and really lost my temper with the clerk and the so-called manager (my name may not be Will Smith, but I felt like belting the man, who finally handed me only one prescription; a prescription I, on several occasions, specifically spent time on with him to get me ..... well over two (2) months ago now!) Oscar, anyone? There's more! But I don't intend to have my health and welfare jeopardized by an incompetent pharmacy-(misnomer here on pharmacy but dead on with the incompetent). Besides, I'm no longer using CVS, the manager told me to go somewhere else, at least, that's what I think he meant. Too bad! I've been with them for over 50 years, but this is not a good way to lose a loyal customer. But I do think that my pharmacy concerns will be a thing of the past, since I will find a pharmacy responsible and accountable to their customers. Consequently, my rating of CVS has dropped from 4 or 5 (many years ago when it was still People's) to a ZERO if only they'd allow IT. read more

Literally the worst CVS pharmacy(s) I've ever been to! (Lewes &rehoboth) They don't have their phone lines open to customers so you have to go in no matter what you're calling for. The line is always 3+ deep with one person working the check out and 6 people doing other things. Had to have an RX transferred from Lewes to Rehoboth, gave them 2 hours to fill it, after waiting 10 minutes to be helped they said they never got the transfer, then they told me I would have to come back after 2 because their "computers shut down for lunch"... well if I wasn't waiting for 10 minutes while 3 employees tried to figure out an issue with 1 other RX maybe you could have had it filled already and I wouldn't have to fight traffic tomorrow for 45 minutes to get back here since Lewes didn't have my rx in stock. CVS Pharm is a joke! read more

If I could give this place negative stars I would. This is another chain that should just close nationwide worst customer service ever, especially in the pharmacy! The only good thing about this place was the woman who greets you when you walk in. Could you also get new entrance doors, what's with those dumb doors that barely work right. read more

The store seems fine and convenient enough. The pharmacy however leaves a lot to be desired. I am sure they are short staffed and all and I have been understanding when scripts take way longer than they normally would but yesterday I received a prescription for 90 pills and they gave me 30. In order to rectify I tried to call and they're too busy to answer the phone. Have to go in today and prove somehow that I was shorted on my meds. read more

Twice I have ordered prescription refills online. I immediately rec'd a confirmation and a suggested pick-up date. Then nothing happened. So I went in to the store and was told the prescription was filled to another store. I called that store and they had no record of any prescription. CVS get your $&@ing act together. The worst CVS I've ever been to. I'm always on hold for a minimum of 15 minutes every time I call as well as wait in the drive through pharmacy for 15-30 mins each time. Ridiculous.
