Absolute worst experience I have ever had in a grocery store. They jumped on the inflation…read morebandwagon, which is shameful. Everything is outrageously priced, yet the store feels run down, out of stock, and filled with low quality produce. Not an employee was to be found until it was time to check out, where they suddenly appeared to ensure I scanned every item myself since no other option was provided. They do not provide bags, so I had to unload a whole shopping cart of groceries directly onto the scanner, load them back in, load them one by one into my car, drive home, and carry them item by item into the house. Alternatively, they charge 1.99 per bag. Not a chance. You already made me do all the work and now you want to charge me to bag it? The cheap paper bags they offer cost pennies, yet they are locked away and only accessible by a security guard watching you do the job you are paying for. To top it off, as I was walking out, a parking lot attendant was cursing out customers, slamming carts around, and threatening me about returning my cart. I always return my cart, but being cursed at and harassed while loading my own groceries one by one because my business wasn't even worth a few free bags was the final straw. This was a god-awful experience, and I will never shop here again.

But the staff there is just so cold, there is positively no welcoming feeling there. We completed our purchase and when collecting our items we dropped a bottles drink which spilled all over the floor. Our concern was to make sure they have someone clean it up so no one slips. Cashier was reactionless so we alerted what appears to be a manager and she gave us a blank look. Really bizarre.

Despite its compact size, the store is incredibly well-stocked with surprising specialty items like high-quality farmer's kefir, fresh buttermilk, and a great yogurt selection. Their produce section is fantastic, and I picked up some of the biggest, perfectly ripe avocados. You also cannot miss their deli counter--their rotisserie chicken and homemade side salads are top-tier. What truly makes this place special is the staff. They always hire great local high school kids who are exceptionally polite, hardworking, and helpful. It is wonderful to see a local business supporting the community's youth. Supporting this family-owned store is always a pleasure! I have a 14 y.o., if you ever need help!

Plus some fresh produce for grilling and it was all wonderful. It is a great little store, very small but pretty much has about anything you could need. The store was very well stocked and had lots of small containers of different types of salads and sides at decent prices. I like that they were small so I could choose a few to see which ones I like the best. They also take Apple Pay which is always a plus for me. They only have two check out lines but they have two people working both registers so it moved pretty quickly. Great store and worth a visit.

I am not sure if they don't have the inventory or they don't have the staff. There have been multiple occasions when we have found a worker and asked them to "check in the back" for something and they have always been accommodating and frequently found what we needed so at least there is that.... It is a small store and for the amount of people it serves I think that is part of the problem. Also the store always seems to be in disarray and a bit messy and I don't like that for my grocery shopping experience. It is a very busy location during the summer so maybe that might add to their issues. I recently discovered the Aldi in Milford and will be shopping there from now on as it is only an additional five minutes for us to drive but a much better store. While I love Aldi and their prices and their food this store needs some serious love.
