They literally have walls of hot sauce, rubs, bbq sauce, special sauces, pepper jam, crab salsa, regular extra hot salsa, hot sauce accessories (bbq mops, holders), wing sauces, and brand memorabilia (t-shirts with hot sauce slogans). Even pocket/purse sized little bottles! By the front door and random places, they have slots of pre-printed recipes in folders using various sauces you can look through. In earlier times, they would have displays of samples and you could try the ones available with chips or pretzels. They also used to have wings they would cook on the grill outside using a specific sauce they were spotlighting. Great place to find a new favorite or gifts for those who adore sauces like me!! The have online ordering and usually have specials when you buy three or want an extra large rub of your must have brand. I also love they have random sauces from small businesses that do the small batches. Gives the new sauce an opportunity to be seen & tasted! I go every time I am close to this place. It's planned and I am excited to find something new and delicious!! Put this place in your bookmark!!
