No matter what I always pick up several shirts, shorts, and socks at steep discounts. I always wish I grabbed more because when I look online for the same items they are ALWAYS more expensive online versus the outlet store. Make sure to download the Outlet Store APP for additional discounts on top of the discounts offered at the store.

Then she continued to be rude until I refused to go to her and waited for the next register to open. Both employees next to her just ignored the situation. No way they didn't hear her. My main love is the stretchy jeans that are made that if you have a tush it fits without a loose waist issue. These are statement clothes. Got green glitter boots that everyone compliments. My friend and I were talking to one of the employees to see if they had a certain shoe, and my friend had unknowingly put their foot up on one of the stools, not knowing it moved, and almost fell, while the employee (I don't know her name) ran to the stool and pulled it away and was very snarky and said that you're not supposed to do that. I understand you're not supposed to do that, but my friend had no idea, and when your customer is in danger and is going to fall?? I am sure if any damage was to be caused we would have paid to repair it. I think that if this store had a better selection, more personable employees, and maybe better customer-safety-values, things would have gone very, very differently. I really hope they can enhance this store in the future, as I am sure my friend and I are willing to give it another chance if that is the case.

Incredibly disappointed in this store after today. I love dollar tree and have been to this…read morelocation many times without issue. However, my mother has vision issues. It's a sensitive topic as this is a medical diagnosis, there is no cure and the disease progresses as she ages. She is still young appearing, but the diagnosis does affect her ability to see distances. The balloons are in an awkward location, off to the side of the registers and up high. My mother went in to purchase balloons for a birthday and patiently waited in line. She was able to point and say "I'd like the purple flower, second from the left on the top row" the employee stated "what's the number?" My mom then told her, "I'm sorry, I have low vision. I can't make out the number. It's the purple flower" and the employee snapped back, saying "you can't read or something? Don't you have glasses!?" The employee's sharp attitude garnered the attention of other guests in the store, prompting another customer to ask if everything was okay. The employee then yelled at the customer checking in, saying "we only have 2 employees in the store! If you don't like it, leave!" My mom was able to get her balloons after another customer helped her read the number she needed. Again, nobody had any problems waiting for balloons. Everyone was patiently waiting in line. My mother has a disability, she cannot see well. Frankly, she shouldn't have to disclose her medical diagnosis to the cashier of the store. She politely pointed to the balloon and described the location and type she wanted.... the lack of compassion and general lack of customer service was very upsetting. My mother left the store in tears, completely embarrassed. I work in retail too. Almost everywhere is short staffed, I get it. Some days are really difficult. But singling someone out because of their medical condition and yelling at customers is wildly inappropriate. I know it's "just the dollar store," but kindness and understanding of those with disabilities is just basic human decency.

I purchased a hat here 2 years ago that I absolutely love from the legacy brand. This time I was buying a hat for the hubby who wished he purchased one when I did. Negative: The only negative experience I encountered during this visit is that when I was checking out, the associate who rang me up was so enthralled to see someone who was behind me in line and started a conversation with them (and ignoring me) that he completely forgot to take the security tag off my hubby's hat which I just found out when I gave my hubby the hat when I arrived home from our trip.
