All are very gently used. They don't seem to accept anything that's been well worn. Unlike other thrift stores all clothing seems to have been dry cleaned or well washed /ironed before being accepted. There's also a wide variety of sizes from petite up to 2X. Today I was able to get 8 dress shirts for my daughter who started a new full-time job all for $30. This is a cost-effective way for her to shop and look great until she's making better money. For myself, as I have been dropping weight and not wanting to invest a fortune in a new wardrobe just yet I was happy to purchase six blouses and three skirts for $54. While we were there I saw a couple dining room sets come in and a sofa and love seat combination all of which although a few years old we're totally free of any marks,stains or scratches. Speaking with people who shop there regularly they told me all of those items would be gone that day because they will be priced right. For people visiting the Rehobeth area there were a ton of bikes outside and little kids trikes all priced exceptionally well. Did you forget beach towels? Well they have them here cheap. Are you checking into an apartment for the weeks vacation and forgot to bring your sheets from home? Get them here! They are so cheap that you'll take them home and bring them back every year on vacation for your rental. And you'll be happy to shop here because you know that the money is going to a good cause.

Displays outside looked clean and very eye-catching. They seemed to have different themes based off social media I saw. All seemed very cute! This store is packed with different assortments of things such as gifts, household items, accessories, etc. There were some small sub sections of organization around the store but it still just felt like a smorgasbord of different items and things. It was hard to tell if things were in the right place or not. Since the storefront is pretty small, I did find myself having to shuffle around other customers sometimes. I'm not sure of the typical amount of people in the store but could be something to caution for if you are mindful of having extra space or feel overwhelmed in a tight store area. It is truly impressive how many items are packed into this store-front. Honestly, I felt like it was a little overwhelming especially with so many things hanging on the walls and very tall shelves. A lot of items like book ends, figurines and other items on top of shelf I couldn't really tell if it was for sale or playing a part in displaying another product. For example, I inquired the price of a faux animal head hanging from the wall. The store attendant was helpful identifying the price. But the matter is that after looking around at several other heads and art pieces hanging up nearby, I still had to ask the price because even after looking on my own I still couldn't figure out any of the pricings. It's frustrating while shopping to have to ask is this item even for sale? I simply couldn't tell up front and I felt bad about having to ask for each thing I was interested in. If the store was busy or happened to be understaffed for the day, I would feel bad having to ask about pricing. It would be especially awkward if I had to bring out a store associate only to have to tell them I'm not interested because of the price or seeing it up front. Items seemed reasonably priced for a good condition products curated at a small business near the beach. I ended up getting some art prints/cards, a headband, and some tarot cards. They put them in an adorable bag with storefront logo on it and a business sticker inside of it. Presentation was great! Overall, this place was so charming and whimsical. I think there truly could be something for everyone in this store but realistically as a customer if I can't tell the difference between what is for sale and what isn't, it becomes frustrating to me. I know that employees can offer great customer service but especially on nights where it's crowded or possibly understaffed, I feel guilty having to drag someone around to figure out different items - especially if it becomes where I don't even want the item after hearing the price or seeing item up-close. The variety of items in the store is outstanding so I definitely want to come back but I hope my next visit, I can find things better labeled and organized.

It's quite fun, and while this year it was unusually freezing (I saw frozen sea foam), it was sunny and bright. While Lion was defrosting himself we decided to check out the local thrift scene...only to discover that most of the local thrift scene is closed on Sundays. Understandably, it's a beach town in winter. Unfinished Business was open so we headed there. The store is a little obscured from DE Route 1, there's a Panera Bread in front of their building and part of the building is a self storage company so unless you turn on the side street you will be looking at the next shopping center over and not finding it. It's like a treasure hunt for treasure. It's not a large store, however it was clean and what they had was reasonably well displayed, in the style of a retail store. They had some lovely clothing and housewares, at reasonable, but not bargain, prices. I did find a fantastic oversized fisherman style wool sweater, the kind you really need to wear a long sleeve shirt under 'cause it's kinda itchy but divinely warm, and a few knick nacks. Sheba found some clothes and a cool mug. The staff were friendly, though they mostly left us to do our browsing. Parking is easy, there's a large free private lot out front. This is a nice place for someone on vacation, or maybe outfitting a beach house, to pick things up, benefits some local charities, however it's not a stop for the thrift or bargain hunter.

The shoes had prices on the bottom, but dresses and other clothing did not have price tags just barbs. I didn't see any signs detailing item prices so to not have clothing priced was frustrating as a customer. The housewares were all price marked. Shoes were marked as well, but in my opinion, they were high for a thrift store. 2) They literally turned the lights out on us to get us to leave. It was literally 6:03 (they closed at 6) and instead of letting us know they were officially closed, they turned the lights off on us and locked us in. What kind of business does that? Very ignorant way of doing business. And then the girl watched us struggle to unlock the door and had the nerve to say Have a good night as we left. Really?
