The shea lotions last a while and they are smooth and luxurious. The scent combinations are inventive and uncommon. This time around I purchased a dead sea bar soap that had a deliciously masculine scent- hard to describe- like fragrant incense. I also went with the strawberries and cream shea butter- smells so authentic my mouth was watering. I also purchased grapefruit lemongrass, Beach, and Apricot fig shea lotions and the companion body scrubs. I only get here once a year and these products bring joy to my ordinary days. The first time I came in was around closing time and only Letty was working that shift. There are only 5 people allowed in the store at a time, as it is a small store, and it was at full capacity while we were there. She was so nice, handed us some samples of fragrances while we waited. We were the last customers in the store, and she was very patient and genuine with how she serviced us. The next day we went back in to pick up my bf, a cologne, Aleís, serviced us. He listened to what I wanted, made us laugh, and we ended up walking out with a free perfume under the deal they were running. They were both really great!! Not only do they sell off-brand / fake merchandise in their stores (mixed in with the cheaper authentic brands), but they have genuinely terrible customer service and malicious business practices. I stopped by a store to buy a cologne since the entire store was empty and the worker looked destitute and upset. After 15 minutes of looking for something reputable, I bought a product from their shelves. I walk out to my car and when I get to the car, open the product to have a look at it and it's not what I was intending to purchase. I immediately walked up to the lady and told her she pulled the wrong product I wasn't intending to buy, and they didn't have the one I was looking for in stock and she vehemently refused to give me a refund saying that they don't offer refunds. Stay far away from this scamming, desperate sad excuse of a business. Keep the $80 since your reputation is worth far less.
