What should have been a simple order, turned into a frustrating experience without purchase…read more I was trying to purchase a piece of furniture online, but the selections would not go without error. I contacted the shop via online form and email. When I did not hear back, I called the shop for assistance and spoke with Emily. She said she would call back that afternoon as she wasn't sure the shipping charge and would need to reach out to the manufacturer. I was surprised with that as there is a chart on their website suggesting my area of shipping should be 14% of the price. As the afternoon was passing by, I had not heard back, so I called back to inquire about ordering. Emily told me she thought Denise was supposed to reach out, but had not heard anything and would see what was going on. Emily called back shortly later and told me the final price which included a change in the price of the furniture. I inquired about the price difference - she asked what I meant, the difference from the website? I said yes, and she said she would let Denise know about that since the price had changed. Price of item plus shipping listed on website vs. the actual price of item plus the actual shipping was a $384 difference. While the shop has since updated the product price online (shipping still not reflected correctly) due to my inquiry, it doesn't change my frustration of the inaccuracies and my push to get information. This has ultimately led to my decision to not purchase through Bywatyr, which is unfortunate because it should have been a quick sale supporting a small business, but I can't support their actions of advertising a product at a lower price to only sell it at a higher price upon inquiry - feels like bait and switch experience when not honoring their listed pricing, whether intentional or not by them.

I'm a big fan of the artist and how she really encourages people to follow their dreams, and the sunshine and the breeze. They literally send out good ripples into the world . Whenever I give cards to friends ... people just find it very, very touching. I really love this store so much and I'm always looking forward to coming back and seeing the new treasures !! A pet supply shop, freshly made fudge shop, a bookstore, a Christmas themed store, all sorts of beachy themed housewares and jewelry and comfortable hygge style clothing. Since New Jersey the kind of state where you really should make sure you keep a handy collapsible shopping bag in your prayers in case you shop. There were some lovely foldable shopping bags and I bought a bunch of them because not only do I wanna keep them in my prayers but I wanted to gift some of these as well. They were very adorable. They had cat themed and nature themed and I really like the nature themed ones. It was an enjoyable shopping village. Nice to get steps here. And then take a walk over to the beach for some photos. My sister found a notebook that she liked and carried it around while considering it. She placed it back on a table when she decided against it when realizing it was faux leather for over $32.00. As we left the store, she was approached by the owner, and questioned if she was buying it. When she said no, that she put it back, he accused her of stealing it (while not carrying a handbag and wearing tight clothing, that there is no where she could conceal it). I was carrying a tiny crossbody, shorts and tank top. We are horrified by his demeanor and do not ever plan to return. I am furious and embarrassed that my sister was treated so poorly, while in my presence at a store I encouraged us to visit. Read the room, buddy.
