I told the worker that had I known of the policy, I would not have bought them. She pointed to a small sign on the desk indicating the policy. She also said the policy was printed on the receipt. Well, you don't get a receipt until after the purchase, and I did not read the sign on the desk. I recommend that the sales person let the buyer know of their non-return policy verbally before they purchase, or, make the policy larger than a tiny sign on the desk. I will never buy there again.

She reluctantly turned around to ring my purchase up. I almost felt as though they felt that they were doing me a favor by selling me 2 garments. Unfortunately on this last visit I would say that the customer service was lacking. May just be a "one off" as most of my experiences have been positive. The cashier and someone else (maybe the owner?) were bantering about another employee who apparently didn't know what they were doing - something about her first time "closing".
