All the NPA's and Doctors I have seen in the practice either in Elmer or Vineland have been exceptional. Have always been able to get an appointment in a timely manner and never have I waited more than 15 min for my appointment. Unfortunately my insurance has changed and I have to find a new ortho. Hopefully I can find an ortho practice as good as Premier.

Although I only met Dr. Pillai briefly in the hospital, her office has been excellent with follow-up and responsiveness through the patient portal, which I truly appreciate. I do feel Dr. Pillai could have spent more time answering my questions in person, but it is more important that she has excellent surgical skills. While the administrative and nursing staff was relatable, attentive and considerate, the experience with the physician was nothing short of disgust. He was condescending, arrogant, dismissive, belittling and more within the first five minutes of the appointment. While a physician may be an expert, with proven best practices, at the very least should speak with a patient and discuss their concerns. Dr. Carroll presented a very "my way or the highway" approach to my mothers care plan without any consideration for her thoughts. Insofar as intentionally turning his head while she was speaking with crossed arms and shaking his head. All over a cortisone shot. I'm sure this message will fall on deaf ears. If you're reading, Dr. Carroll, I hope that even just for a brief moment you'd consider that your patients are deserving of more than just a lecture. That you would have a bit of compassion, humility and understanding and not be immune to the day to day you see, and meet people where they are.
