However, that would be my submission…read more It's a one star only to get the review posted : The great folks at Beebe Home healthcare that actually work out on the front lines ( PT & OT ) advised this outfit is and has been problematic. They're often unreliable, not forthright, and they appear to lie sometimes to cover their ineptitude. They advised my order for DME would be delivered today (1/26/23). DIDN'T HAPPEN ! They claim they didn't get all the original orders ( submitted 12/30/22) at first so a second fax was sent over two weeks later. I overheard the conversation between the vendor rep and the OT on the second call as it was initiated from my living room right in front of me. The OT explicitly verified that all the required paperwork that was transmitted AGAIN was received. The vendor acknowledged receipt of orders for both items requested. I called today to inquire about the status of delivery that they said would be delivered today (1/26/23)and they started a song and dance about some sort of a glitch. I just hung up and let Beebe deal with it. I advised Beebe and nobody there is surprised. I surmise Beebe sends a lot of business their way. With all the apparent complaints coming from the field maybe they'll just sever ties and deal with another vendor. That will be a Beebe mgmnt decision so who knows ? FWIW go elsewhere is my advice.
