Miriam was so professional and superb in her performances in her profession of phlebotomist due to my unfortunate circumstances of being a " hard draw", I always have a hard time with my bloodwork.

I love going to this lab. I look forward to seeing Chery. She is kind, considerate, and truly cares…read moreabout people! Her kindness shows every time I go there. She is a keeper. Thanks for sharing her with us. Sincerely, Lisa C.

When I arrived, the waiting room was empty, and there was no one in the back having blood drawn. The phlebotomist told me she needed to take her break, so there would be a wait. While I found the timing surprising since the office had opened at 8:30, I understood that I was only asking to be seen as a walk-in and didn't mind waiting. A few minutes later, another man came in and asked if they were taking patients yet because he also wanted to have his labs done early. I told him, "No, she's on her break right now, and even before that nobody had been called back while I've been here." When the phlebotomist returned, she called the man back first. He told her that I had been there longer than he had and that she should take me before him. She replied, "No. She has a 10:30 appointment. It's your appointment time now." At that point, I left because I wasn't willing to sit in the waiting room for another hour after arriving early to see if I could be accommodated. I returned at 10:15 for my scheduled appointment, only to find the doors locked and no one in the waiting area. I then tried calling Quest to find out what was going on, but that turned into a complete circle. I looked up Quest's phone number and sat through a long hold before finally reaching a live representative. After explaining the situation, I was given the phone number for the very Quest location I had just left--only to discover it was the exact same number I had originally called. There was no direct way to reach the location or get any information, making the entire process incredibly frustrating.

The other week we were here for a private event hosted during happy hour. By then the place was…read moreclosed for the public and only open for the event. It was quite lively when we walked in. Prior visit has been for food which the last time it was quite nice. We've sat at the covered patio which was great as we had our little fur baby with us. Oh, the place is pet friendly which is very nice. Anyways, for dinner menu is somewhat limited but they do have some good options. As this event was held during happy hour times, and the place closed for the event so there was no food served. Parking is great as there's plenty of spots in the lot. Street parking is also available if needed. The place is quite cute with their decors. There were maybe three bartenders working the event. They had their regular cocktails menu as well as specials. Not sure if that's a main thing or if it was just for the event. The main bar and dining area was utilized where people can mingle and get to know each other. Event hosted by The Palm Springs Guys where they host monthly cocktails hours at different businesses. A nice way to meet new people in the area, friends gathered together for drinks and to try new places out. A good concept and great way to try new businesses in the valley. As for this place, I've been to brunch the first time. Last time was for dinner which we did have a great time. The layout is beautiful right when you walk in. The decor is beautiful with their mix of mid century modern. The lobby itself is a cool spot for drinks. They have the main dining area as you walk in. Two different patio outside which are both covered. One main bar as you walk in. This place is quite cool and a great stop for a drink with the fur babies.
