Erika assisted my mother with her lab work, it's usually hard for the nurse to find my mother's veins but Erika found it on the first try. Thank you for taking such good care of her and making her feel at ease.

I was a bit frustrated because I was in a rush to get back home to bring my child to school. Irrespective of that, once we got inside all 4 computers were down. Likely due to the AWS outage. Not a great way for employees to start a Monday. My heart goes out to them! I was incredibly impressed how they stayed cool, calm and collected through it all. When it was my turn for a urine sample, the man before me in the restroom practically flooded the bathroom with urine. A very kind phlebotomist cleaned the entire bathroom before my use, adding to her difficult morning. The person who took my blood was Erika. She was patient, kind, gentle and quick. Given it was a wild start to a workday with a long line out the door I am incredibly impressed with this location and the staff. Thanks for a great experience! I am new to the CV and will frequent this location as needed.

I had to take my grandmother for some at the LabCorp in California on Dr. Caron Boulevard we got…read morethere we checked in very easily very quick the front desk girl I wish I would've got her name but she was friendly and very communicative with what's the next steps to be done which was under the paperwork and just sit down and patiently wait next a nurse or phlebotomist. I think they're called named Gabby Gabby Rodriguez, a sweetheart. She knew that my grandmother could barely walk with her slow and she was very patient and looking out for my grandmother's best said you know what go to office to the right which is the closest chair to sit down so they can draw the blood and so we went in that room, Gabby was very positive sociable and had a great personality. She also had a really great sense of humor. I think Gabby Rodriguez is probably the fastest one we've ever dealt with with getting us in there chair drawing the blood having a few laughs going over what the paperwork says needed or wanted and we were on our way. Just really wanted to write something about her was just friendly and a person that's very memorable and you wouldn't and my grandma really smile and she said that she had a very light hand. Gabby took care of and so did the staff very compassionate employees and they're so busy but they still show how much they they're willing to help people and give them the best comfortability when they get there.so LabCorp in Indio you guys have a great employee by the name of Gabby Rodriguez and you guys also have a great staff in the front and I'm sure in the back as well, thank you for your great experience you've given us me and my grandmother, Ms Basquez

From the moment I arrived, Diane greeted me with warmth and professionalism. There was an issue with lab orders that had not been received from my doctor's office -- something that easily could have been frustrating or dismissive. Instead, Diane calmly worked through it with me. She helped me email over documentation, ensured everything was properly received, and guided the process with patience and kindness. During what could have been a stressful situation, she treated me with compassion and respect. Alex was equally incredible. She spoke to me like a human being -- not just a patient in a queue -- and showed remarkable patience and empathy throughout the entire appointment. She carefully reviewed my tests, manually entered several exams that required extra attention, and even contacted my doctor's office to make sure everything was correct. That level of thoroughness is rare. There were a few tests that couldn't be completed during my visit because I didn't have everything required. Instead of making that feel like a failure or inconvenience, Alex and Diane clearly explained next steps and set me up for success so I can return prepared. For the first time in a long while, I'm actually looking forward to returning rather than dreading it -- which says everything about how I was treated. Healthcare environments can often feel rushed and transactional. This experience was the opposite. Diane and Alex exemplify professionalism, compassion, and patient-centered care at its best. If management happens to see this: you have two exceptional team members at this location. Their work truly makes a difference. Thank you both for turning what could have been an overwhelming appointment into a positive and empowering experience. A bright spot in a cloudy week!

There was nobody there! Then I stopped in at 238pm to pick up a stool sample kit. Again nobody in the place. Same lab worker came out, I showed her my paperwork, she said she just started her break, I could wait or come back. Seriously, no one in the place, how long would it take to reach in a cupboard and get a stool kit. Terrible terrible terrible. ..or they need more than one person running this place. -5

It only seemed like it because when your in a lot of pain waiting to get an Xray.... every second feels like a a minute. The waiting room is really small. Though, I do believe its X-ray only. So, if you need just an Xray, this is probably a best one to come to.

So as a patient I advocate for myself now I used to never advocate for myself ever but I've realized how important Healthcare is in your health in general is and how much I just did whatever the doctors told me to do and take whatever they told me to take and a lot of the times it never helped whatever element whatever sickness whatever infection Etc. It only made my life worse my pain level higher my anxiety higher and it just really sucks because these are lives we are messing with and that we are working with here and it's not something that's a game and it's not something to be taken lightly so the fact that I have to Now call off of work to get into an appointment for further testing I'm going to say it again further testing because whomever was doing the exam didn't catch it initially when I believe she should have. I didn't feel like I was being hurt I didn't feel like I was a patient that they truly cared about and that they wanted to really care for and I'm sick of feeling like that and I'm sick of being brushed off and I'm sick of doctors thinking they know more than me when in all reality I know my own body doctors know the science behind the way the human body functions but they don't know what I go through everyday and they don't know how I feel and they don't know what I know works. I hope that this can help somebody in the future because now I have to go be exposed to radiation because this exam was not done properly in my opinion. We have to speak up as patients and that's what I'm choosing to do thank you have a great day.
