I think they're called named Gabby Gabby Rodriguez, a sweetheart. She knew that my grandmother could barely walk with her slow and she was very patient and looking out for my grandmother's best said you know what go to office to the right which is the closest chair to sit down so they can draw the blood and so we went in that room, Gabby was very positive sociable and had a great personality. She also had a really great sense of humor. I think Gabby Rodriguez is probably the fastest one we've ever dealt with with getting us in there chair drawing the blood having a few laughs going over what the paperwork says needed or wanted and we were on our way. Just really wanted to write something about her was just friendly and a person that's very memorable and you wouldn't and my grandma really smile and she said that she had a very light hand. Not a great way for employees to start a Monday. My heart goes out to them! I was incredibly impressed how they stayed cool, calm and collected through it all. When it was my turn for a urine sample, the man before me in the restroom practically flooded the bathroom with urine. A very kind phlebotomist cleaned the entire bathroom before my use, adding to her difficult morning. The person who took my blood was Erika. She was patient, kind, gentle and quick. Given it was a wild start to a workday with a long line out the door I am incredibly impressed with this location and the staff. Thanks for a great experience! I did not physically see a doctor but samples were taken from my person from the clinic staff for the purpose of obtaining lab results. Under Health and Safety Code sections 123100 - 123149.5, I have a right to view my results. I was never provided my test results and it has been 13 days since my samples were taken. I have attempted to email and call this clinic multiple times. The only reason I have not went to the clinic in person is because I was instructed not to on the written authorization I signed. I hope this review serves as a warning to others to simply get tested elsewhere. I have attached an image of the signed and dated written consent as proof of my visit.
